Don’t know her name but there was an older woman with glasses that took my order and she was absolutely incredible. Never had a bad experience here and I’ve come here countless times, food comes fast, workers always have a smile and love to joke around! 5 stars for sure

The service was friendly and the place was clean. The food unfortunately wasn't quite all that. It was hot, it was fresh, but the chicken portion was a bit on the small side and I found it chewy. This is only the second time I've visited a Zaxby's and not sure that I'll be back. The first one was in a different location and the experience was pretty much the same.

I come here often, but tonight I wasn't able to get here until about an hour after I placed my order. They, without prompting, insisted on remaking my food so it was fresh. I am always happy with the service I recieve here.

Chicken fingers were good and hot. Fries were lukewarm and not much seasoning. Texas toast was burnt and we had to cut them in half.
Worst chicken sandwich I ever had from a Zaxby's...Ordered large fries,maybe got 12 fries... Stunk like a minnow bucket ?

This is a "go to" restaurant for us in Hardin Valley as the food quality is good and we get good service here. The Kids meal grilled cheese is my son's favorite and we get a lot of different options from here.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are good. I like the grilled cheese

Food is always good, but i feel like you can't judge fast food off of that since it's a corporate standard. i stop here all the time after school and have NEVER had a bad experience with a worker. they are not only prompt but friendly and kind! it doesn't matter who is there it's a pleasant environment!

we went there today! it is out first trip since COVID HIT. i got the southwestern salad and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. the southwest dressing had just enough zing to make it tasty but not overpowering! the tomatoes were fresh as was the salad! i was really glad i ordered it! husband the the snack pac and said it as good. probably should have ordered. a larger meal but he said it wasplenty and was good!We were well pleased with our visit today! thank you to all the staff that helped make our visit so enjoyable!!we will be back!
