Went to eat here yesterday and our food was cold we took it back up there and this one employee making the food was rude and was cussing at us there was no manager insight, then the assistant manager came up after I ask to speak to one she just gave a refund and didn't care we got cussed at or about our food being cold if things don't change east Knoxville is not gonna be the place to eat!

Was ok but this place needs a better variety on the menu. I wish they offered the vinegary Cole slaw served chilled and I would like to have pinto beans as a side. Crinkle cut fries are only appealing to me if they are hot and crispy. Too often they are kinda mushy like they have been laying around for a while, yucky. I'd rather wait two more minutes for a hot meal than get it mushy. I'd like cornbread, but that's a lot to ask from a chicken place, however, hush puppies would be a great option.

Staff at this zaxby’s location are not very kind. They always seem to be frustrated and tend to be in a hurry. Food is often wrong and things are often left out of order, especially extra sauces.

always a bad experience here... just gotta post about it now cause we've been here for 4 years and this zaxbys has just always sucked... somehow this place survived covid but the food is just always sub par compared to other zaxbys... fries are extremely hit or miss, always either wet and soggy or burnt and hard... chicken has been underdone sometimes... burnt buns... salad offerings have been reduced... menu has shrunk... but hey, at least the dining room is clean.
My fries were cold so I went back thru the drive thru. The girl called me a liar.She said they cooked the fries when they opened at 11. It was 11:45. She said there was no way my fries were cold. I had to talk 3 ppl before I got my fries with a side of attitude. The customer isn't always the bad guy. Just own up and fix it.

Did not get to eat here because they refused to take my BOGO coupon that I got for giving an online review at the bottom of a previous receipt. Apparently you can only use that at the location you previously bought the food from. I haven’t had a problem at any other location. Also the soda machine in the back was down so they refused to give you soda unless you came in and filled your cup up yourself. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
Food was good but very pricey. Service was amazing and atmosphere was nice. A good family friendly place just a tad pricey.
