Been here many, many times. Only had one issue one time with delivery but staff very willing to work it out. One of our regular go-to places.

I have used Zoe's Kitchen many times in the past pre-COVID for catering office lunches. Everyone was always very pleased with the food and different options that they provide. However, this week I was very disappointed with what arrived. Since it was a catering order I placed on the Zoe's website, I expected Zoe's to deliver and set up the meal in catering trays with serving utensils as usual. Instead, a DoorDash driver arrived with my order in take-out boxes and plastic containers and no serving utensils whatsoever that I had to set up myself. Thankfully, I had serving spoons and tongs on hand, but had to scramble to find serving trays in the building as this was for a visiting vendor meeting. Everyone was pleased with the food (which is the only reason you got 3 stars), but the service has gone down hill. I'm extremely disappointed considering they still charge a $25 delivery fee and I paid a 20% tip in advance for sub-par service.

LOVE Zoe's Kitchen! Went for the first time last year and have been back at least a dozen times! The food is always hot & out in a hurry. My go-to is the steak roll-ups with pasta salad or slaw. Their avocado smash with pita bread is also a great snack/appetizer!

Staff was polite, restraint was clean. I thought the food was very bland and so did my wife and she loves Mediterranean food.

Had a hard time finding clean table even though there were only 1 couple dining. The soup was barely warm and salmon bowl was tasteless. . Zoe’s used to be good, not worth the price any more, especially considering the size of salmon served.

Their employee’s are nice and great. Service is fast.Great kabobs, sides, Mediterranean chicken and greek salad, some of the best I’ve had, but on the other side the falafel and hummus are absolutely horrid, can never eat more than half a falafel or one taste of hummus.I may favor more homemade falafel and hummus as a native middle eastern but even the Kroger store brand hummus is a 100 times better. If that’s what you’re looking for, go to Yassins falafel house.Their salmon is completely inedible and half their rollup options are bad or undercooked, but their lentil soup is wonderful.Very cheap on the sauces they add/give, but their family meals are, while expensive, still a good values.I’ve tried many items on their menu and many times I couldn’t finish them, but i loved many of them too, so i feel like a three star review is appropriate.

This was the first time here for my wife and I. The best way to describe this restaurant would be to compare it with Panera Bread. In my opinion, it's nearly identical, except with a Mediterranean theme. You order at the front, and they bring the food to your table. My wife had the Greek side salad. I had the same, but with the half turkey avocado sandwich. The food could not have been more fresh. Everything looked as though it came right off the delivery truck. It was also very tasty. I especially enjoyed my sandwich. The turkey was fresh, thick sliced and wonderful. It was a great half sandwich-salad combo. I also like the variety of beverages offered. They had limeade, sweet tea, unsweet tea and green tea. I mixed all of them together for a great tea! And like Panera, you get what you pay for, so a fresh healthy experience will cost more.

We are long time frequenters of Zoe's and have generally had good experiences. We visited today and first noticed the price increases, which were significant. Inflation is good is happening everywhere so I did not think much about it until they brought out our dishes. Portion sizes were tiny. The $7.50 skewer of salmon was three tiny pieces of salmon with zucchini in between each piece. It was so small that inquired at the counter to see if there had been a mistake, unfortunately all was correct. Food quality was good but the value was terrible. With a price tag of $60 for three people to quick serve food, you should not leave hungry.

Best family style available for easy pickup. Fresh and healthy. Basil pesto hummus and marinated slaw are delicious.

Edit: I have been back since the last time and had absolutely NO issues service was great and quick. Thank you for the improvements.Good food but nowhere near worth the wait almost every single time you go and the quite unhelpful staff. They always seem like they have something better to do than help the customers.

The workers here are rude. They mess up your food and are disrespectful. The first time i cane here they put tzakiki in when i said no ( I'm vegan I cant have it ) I was in a rush and ended up just throwing it away. I decided to give it another chance and went back and they put feta in my bowl when feta wasn't listed on the menu. When I walk in and tell them he said " maybe you should look at what you're ordering before you order it ". I then stated how it wasn't listed on the menu and he continued saying yes it did etc. he then realized he was wrong and instead of apologizing me throws it on the counter and calls the manager over. They refunded it and gave me free pita which was appreciated. Two girls came over saying how one never received a number, the same man said " because I put you on the same number DUH ". Very unprofessional. The manager also laughed when he said this. Zoe's is amazing I will continue to go, but not to this location. Do better. Very disrespectful.

Great customer service, the food is always fresh flavorful and correct. Hummus was not bland at all, pita chips have a lot of flavor. Favorite thing on the menu is the chicken pita. Amazing Mediterranean food
