Spent 34 minutes in the drivethru at 9:40 pm on a sunday night (april 7th), ordered 10 krystals, 5 with cheese, no mustard, ketchup. 5 no cheese, add ketchup, and 2 chili cheesepups. Paid $31. Received two fries, 10 krystals with cheese, mustard, and ketchup. Told the employee after finally receiving my food, that I had spent 34 minutes in the drivethru, and his response was “my bad.”

Stopped here to get a milkshake for myself and my family. To be told we have no ice cream. Now this is a popular item at all krystal burgers and yet this one has no ice cream. The cashier complained about having to take my order and acted as if she was too busy to even tell me she didn't have ice cream to make milkshakes with. I've called corporate since placing this review.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair accessible areas.

Everything was great here from the food, to the service! The food was hot and freshly prepared, the staff is exceptionally friendly and make sure that you have everything you need while you are dining in or picking up food to take out.Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian so I cannot comment on the quality of these meals, however everything is labeled and let you know exactly what you're getting.Dietary restrictions: Everything is labeled properly, this includes whether or not it is a vegetarian meal, it also informs you of calories and other dietary information.Parking: The parking lot is very big and is able to accommodate many cars. Easy access on and off the highway from the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: The wait staff here is beyond friendly to everyone whether you are an adult or a child. They make sure everybody feels welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of wheelchair accessible tables. In fact every table is able to be used to accommodate any handicap needs.

Im a huge fan of White Castles and never really cared for anything remotely close to my “mini” burger but Krystal really hit the spot today and the staff were incredible. I’m going to have to change my views on Krystal and start heading to them when I get hungry
