First time there. Place was amazingly clean and food very good. Got the b1g1 medium chilli and I'm already looking forward to chilli for lunch tomorrow. The chips in the chili's was awesome. Just wished they had a potato for me as I've been hearing everyone rave about them.Hopefully next time.

I absolutely love Petros. This Petros has let me down over and over. They have never once, not a single time, made my order right. Not a single time. I go back every couple weeks hoping they fired and rehired the whole staff but no luck so far.

I really wished there was a Petro's closer to where I live. They had several options on their menu that I wanted to try, but stuck with the regular petro's which I love!

This was the first time I have gotten a baked potato at Petros. When they say a giant potato they are NOT exaggerating it can easily feed 2 grown adults. I got the Petros baked potato and a sweet tea. I couldn't finish my potato it was that huge but it was cooked perfectly without being mushy. The toppings were generously applied.So worth the money. Now I didn't care for the tea it is a different twist. To me it tasted like it had cloves or some other strong flavor like that I liked the idea of the orange instead of lemon but after trying I personally wouldn't get again but I would encourage people to at least try it.

I was the only customer, I ordered an original petro with no tomatoes and add black olives and paid. Then they tell me they are waiting on the truck. So I have to wait for ingredients. I finally received my order after my food being passed off to a female employee who was the only one who seemed to have any common sense. I have a 9 month old in the car w/ someone BTW and I grab my order and leave. So I pull my order out so I can eat and there is little to no food in my bowl and half the ingredients are missing. I am highly unsatisfied with the customer service, the excuses and this particular Petros. Will never visit again.

I have came here to this location exactly 2 times in row this week to chill and do my college classes and my online job yesterday September 27,2023 everything went smooth I did my college classes and my online job I was not a bother to nobody in the restaurant and literally I was the only customer that went visit maybe 5 after me at most I brought me great hotdog meal after my job and classes was done around 6 pm I was in there since 12 pm I was not rush or anything. Now today September 28 2023 I went there about 2pm do my class and my job I was been told I had to leave the restaurant due to not buying anything.i was rush getting out .this guy told me to leave in a rudest way I told him I was not a bother to nobody cause I asked and they said it was fine now I cut my classes short and miss my job so now he is missing a customer that is not go there nomore to buy things

Sad and disappointed are understatements. We live approximately 8 minutes from this location. We’ve given them chance after chance, but after tonight’s experience I really don’t have anymore patience to offer. We’ve had repeated visits of wrong/missing items, extremely excessive wait times, and and unconcerned staff. Tonight’s order was particularly bad, as we paid for queso on my loaded buffalo chicken potato, bbq pork nachos and an additional side of queso. Our items had NO queso on them! The side of queso was missing after we waited 30 minutes for our meal at the window and watched two other cars behind us who had already ordered as well leave. When we asked for our side of queso we were told “the queso is cooking,” but they were just going to send us on without the queso we paid for. I did not discover the missing queso on the potato and nachos until we got home. We paid $40 in cash and were handed change in only coins because they were out of dollars. Typically we pay with cards, but we don’t appreciate the 3% credit card fee. We were never offered an apology from any staff member. Again, this is not our first poor experience. I am only writing a review now because I’ve given up on this location. This store needs a major overhaul when it comes to service and management. The food is too expensive and too good to have such poor service.
Horrible, employees are more concerned with their phones than service. First time there employees couldn’t put a phone down to talk to people. Next visit was over 20 minutes in the drive-through and drove off. Got tired of waiting in drive

I LOVE CHILI! Like so many things, we all get used to what we grew up with, but my Mom didn't make chili so I have my own recipe and stick to it. I was so excited to see a fast food outlet that offered chili, plus all the extras I enjoy with mine, so I made a trip to try it and was happily surprised to find one that I loved! So nice to get what you want, and skip what you don't, and a small cup was just enough for me - filling, warm and delicious! I'll be back!
