Well the unfriendly Hispanic girl made are sandwiches correctly and quickly but yeah. She looked as though she would rather be anywhere else but there and we were just some pests to get in and out as quickly as possible.

Bread was stale and flat. Associate ask it I want a certain cheese after she already put it on the sandwich. Asked for oil and vinegar and she put vinaigrette on it. So not the same. Will be going to a different location instead from now

This location used to be my go to Subway whenever I wanted a sandwich. However, the last couple of years it has been a disappointment every time I order from here. It is just right up the street from where I live, so it is the most convenient. But, their food and service is very inconsistent. I typically order double meat on whatever I get, but it is seldom ever there. When you pay an extra $3 for the meat, you should be able to definitely expect it to be on it. I always order through the app and never know if it is correct or not until I get home. That shouldn't matter though. You should get what you ordered. Today it happened again. There wasn't much meat on my steak and cheese and it also had hardly any toppings at all. It was a huge disappointment. My wife walked in to pick it up while I was pumping gas. She said it took a minute just to get someone's attention so she could pickup the sandwich. She said she tried several times, but the staff wasn't paying attention to the lobby for customers. When she brought the sandwich to the car, it was wrapped so small, I knew it wasn't made well. We took the sandwich back in and all they had to say was that it was right. They did not care. They could have offered to remake it, or something... anything...they just didn't care. I won't be back to this location. There service and quality is a joke. I keep giving them chances, but this was the last time.
