I don't know how this place stays in business. I went through drive-thru ordered a chicken rice bowl that was advertised on their sign, menu and website. They told me that they dont carry that anymore, even though it is just ingredients that they have already in store put in a container together. Asked if I could just order all the items separately and get a biscuit and gravy container on the side, so I could just make my own. They told me they can't do that. Again this place is never busy, customer service and management are not pleasant at all. How do they honestly stay open!

The management at this place is horrible. I was ignored when I first came in and then after waiting several minutes I had a very rude cashier. My food was also dry and cold, won’t waste my money again.

Service was terrible, especially the manager, Melissa (it said it on the name tag). Manager was rude and dismissive, also talked to her employees in a rude tone as the entire time I was there. Food was cold. Service took at least 15 minutes. Chicken was overcooked. WILL NOT BE BACK.
