Cashier Jade was very nice. Told me I had to wait 8 1/2 mins for my fish to cook after I paid for my food. Didn't wanna wait, but i figured no problem waiting, if my food would be fresh. When I got it my meal, the double fish sandwich was old. 1 fish looked old and dark, and 1 fish looked newer than the other. It isn't good when you wait for food and still get old food. If you look at pics, the top patty is very dark, and the bottom is very bright. That's not fresh. Oh, well. I tried with this Checkers cause I am from Chicago and enjoyed Checkers. But this for the um something time, has given me no hope for this location anymore. I never had this problem with the Checkers out near Rivergate shopping mall in the past.

I had the best Checkers I've had since 1999 last night ?. I felt like I teleported back to 9th grade getting out of school and getting a big buford combo before I walked home. Junt was outrageously good! The burger was the biggest difference from usual. Whoever was working last night I need to know when they're there cuz that's when I'll go again lol. Everything on the burger was so fresh. Y'all have pretty much always been good with the fries but the big buford hadn't quite tasted like it should until last night! I sure hope I can capture that flavor again!

I'm not bragging and honestly really don't care, but I get a lot of looks at my reviews. I have several rewards from Google from all of my reviews and I'll be honest. I'm a hard customer to please. You can see that in my profile and in my reviews. I will say though, on this Tuesday January 16th 2024, there was a worker here named Ray and she killed it. Out of the park killed it! My burger was perfect. It was one of the best I've ever had, look just like the picture and tasted just like the pictures should taste. The fries were fresh and hot and crispy. And all of this was from her hard effort hustling with multiple customers on a night when the snow outside was horrendous in most places were closed and their staff are going home. Ray deserves a raise. She was friendly, hardworking, and made amazing food in an amazing experience!

This was the absolute worst visit I have had at a fast food establishment, maybe ever. The order was incorrect, multiple times, even after making it perfectly clear there was a dairy allergy, the burger came out with cheese. I asked for a refund, and was informed that the manager was unable to give any type of refund, as he was never taught how to do it, and he was working a double. There was no one he could call for instruction since it is Sunday night, no one would answer, so there was no reason to try and call... when I asked about the strips of bacon on the bacon burger, I was informed that the AI had been advised to let customers know that the people that do the ordering did not order the correct goods. What does that even mean? The excuses were rampant, and made no sense..Fries were cold, we were missing a drink..hair in the food, it was just an ongoing catastrophe..Do not waste your time or money.Sadly, I was so excited to venture off the beaten path, and get some good old checkers, from back in the day. Wrong.Did I mention it took about 10 minutes to get the food?
I waited outside for 10 minutes while they sat down in the back talking and didn’t once come to the door. I had to leave. It wasn’t closing time or anything.

Food was fresh, had to wait for her to bring it out to the car. But it was worth the wait. Fries was fresh also. The lady working the window was extremely nice. I have been told by friends that live in the area not to go there that they never get the order right or it's nasty. I went for lunch and it was great.

I ordered through door dash when I got assigned a dasher they were sitting there for over 20mins just getting my order so dasher left another dasher assigned to my order and he was there at least 15 mins I asked my Dasher to ask them if they wouldn't mind remaking my order fresh . Please bc it has been sitting there for awhile . They said no . Now almost every one there is very rude and lazy there has been do many complaints here at this specific store and no Management is doing anything about any of it. I honestly do not complain ever but this store right here definitely needs a a lot adjustments. I'm surprised it's still open and running. I will not ever come back . Have a good rest of the day
