I'm a general manager. I stopped at McDonald's to get my grandbaby a double cheeseburger. While checking her food something was growing out of her bread. I took it back. The people proceeded to laugh as if this was funny. Everyone that's on duty right now should be fired especially the manager. What if I hadn't checked her food? She is freaking 3!!!

I tried to use a deal on the app. I selected the one I wanted and clicked use at restaurant. I waited to place order. When employee entered the code, it declined. I was told it stops after a few minutes and I can't redo it. I have to wait, then try again. Well the food there isn't worth all that trouble. I left. It shouldn't be difficult to use a coupon or deal that is constantly advertised in store and restaurant.

Had a great time here with family. The food was wonderful. The service was wonderful. The 1 lb of shrimp was actually 1 lb of shrimp. The steak was good. The quesadillas were good. The salsa is a little spicy for my wife, but I liked it. And the sweet tea was good. What more could you ask for?

We live about 5 minutes down the road from 5147 Murfreesboro Rd, La Vergne, TN 37086 (Mcdonald's location) and honest would we take the extra 15 minutes and the drive to come to this Mcdonald's instead. The customer service has never disappointed or been slow. Even though the drive-through moves fast, the food is fresh, correct, and handing out with a smile. I can not say the same about the other place. If you are choosing a Mcdonald's location to go to in La Vergne, I would 100% choice this location over the other.
