My husband and I have ordered from this Papa John's numerous of times. Just recently my husband and daughter ate some of the pizza and they got food poisoning. I called the store and the night manager told me that they were going reimburse me but they never did.

Attempted to place an order. I asked to hear about specials, the person said how many pizzas, i replied, im not sure let me hear the specials first. She was rude & made a couple rude comments. I will spend my money elsewhere!

At this point the manager needs to go ! The manager doesn’t know how to communicate after she got my order wrong . She can’t remake another unless she charges me . Even if I give her the untouched pizza that we can’t eat because it’s full of olives . That we are allergic to !

It was Spirit Night for our kids' school, so I know they were swamped. I placed an order around noon for a 5 pm delivery. Received notification around 5 that our pizza was on the way. After about 20 minutes, it hadn't arrived, so I checked the tracker, said it said eta was 5:23. About 15 minutes later, I called the store. Was told to call back in 10-15 minutes if it still hadn't arrived because it had to be sent out via Door Dash since they didn't have drivers.I did call back 15 minutes later and got on the road. I believe I spoke to the manager at that time. He said they would remake the order and I told him I was on my way to pick it up. He was very apologetic. After I arrived, I did hear him say something on the phone about having 6 deliveries and no delivery drivers. He apologized again when my pizza was ready. While I was at the store, the original order arrived at the house, an hour after it was supposed to, and was obviously cold. I am giving 5 stars because the manager was doing all he could. The fault lies only with the delivery driver/Door Dash.

So I call to place and order for delivery and all of sudden they can’t find my address on the map to order …. Funny because we have been ordering from the same location for over 4 years and all of sudden we’re off the map hmmm…. I spoke with the manager on duty which was Kadence and she was rude and not willing to help in any form or fashion !!! All of sudden they mysteriously found my address and was ready to place and order after on hold forEVER….. and the rudeness of the manager on duty I did not feel confident I would even get the food so I did not order but how convenient you finally could find the address …. Can we get some people to manage that can actually be nice to customers and not be rude !!!!!!!!!

Ordered online an as soon as the Papa Tracker said my order was ready I got it no problem. I tried the new Epic Garlic Stuffed Crust an I’m 3 slices in, this thing absolutely slaps lol thanks papa j
Dough wasn’t proofed correctly. Tasted nasty, was luke warm when it arrived. Just ugly and not enjoyable. I also marked No contact delivery and wrote where to place my order. None of that was done. It took an hour for the order to arrive which I understand most pizza places do not have the delivery staff so I’m not upset about waiting but I do expect my food to be good when it arrives. Disappointing all around.

Unfortunate updated review. This company has gone to Hell. I ordered from this papa johns once in the last 2 years. Before this, for a few months, I tried to order delivery, but when I called the local store number, it sent meto an call center in India to take my delivery order. They had no clue how to handle it and I couldn't be taken care of because I refused to give my debit card info over the phone to a person in India. So I tried over and over but kept having to deal with India. I reached out to corporate, but they didn't care since the phone customer care is in India too. Fast forward, I ordered it a couple weeks ago and just picked it up using the web page. Seems the food went downhill too. SadI must add, prior to the last 2 years me and my family would order from this papa johns almost once every week. We now enjoy dominos and salvos.

This may very well be one of the worst staffed and managed Pizza places around. Cant get enough of the late orders, cold food, rude interaction. Really, if you get off on horrible experiences, this place will make you swoon.
