Very good salsa, and quality food. Try the sope, it's a lot of good food for the price. Took my family of 5 there on a Saturday night, and was pleasantly surprised by being seated immediately, and the wait time for the food was very reasonable.Only 2 reasons this isn't a 5 star--parking is very limited, and they had VERY loud karaoke when we were there. Not sure what nights they do that, but it was VERY annoying having to yell at my family to communicate as a terrible drunk singer wailed away at the loudest possible volume.

We've been patrons of Rancho for about 3 years. They used to be hospitable and fair. The last 3 times we've dined there, they barely waited on us, another time they completely forgot about us, and now this last time the waitress tried to charge us for each refill on tea/soda, and she charged us for taking the little bit of salsa that we had left. We didn't ask for an order of salsa, it was just the little bit that was left from what they originally gave us. Nickle and Diming.

Waitress picked a fight with us after we told her our food hadn’t arrived, took her forever to bring our drinks, brought a cheese dip that looks like soup, no plates after our food arrived, no silverware. Overall, horrible customer service. We left after she kept getting smart with us. Food is gross y’all. Waitress kept whispering under breath. I’ve worked for customer service for YEARS, this ain’t it.
I frequent the location in Hendersonville and was thrilled to find this location. The customer service was fantastic and the restaurant itself was warm and inviting. I ordered the carnitas tacos and they were delicious and filling. Highly recommended!
