“Great, authentic Spanish Café. The Pupusas are perfectly cooked and jam packed with loads of greasy meat & cheese, the best I’ve had so far. The Baleadas are pretty OK too. Pastries are excellent! But definitely the star of the show was this warm, thick, creamy, sweet corn drink ? called “Elote”. Fair warning, None of this stuff is actually very healthy so you shouldn’t have too much of it. But I don’t think that matters much, I still highly recommend it! ?“
“I've been there a couple of times. The popusas are a must try. Not so much fan of the tacos, and the waiting time could drive you nuts if you are an inpatient person. But in all it is a great place and not that bad service. Be sure to try it out.“
“This is some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had… and I lived in San Diego for years. Everything was made fresh. The guac and salsa alone are worth a trip. The corn tortillas were light and fluffy. The barbacoa was my favorite taco, but the al pastor and carnitas were both great as well. And the servers were welcoming and attentive. Everyone here clearly cares about the quality of the food served and the enjoyment of their guests. We can’t wait to go back!“
“My boyfriend and I were in Nashville for my 32nd birthday from Alabama. His family is from El Salvador so I figured we would stop by for a taste of home. The horchata and plantain appetizer were delicious, as were the pupusas…we had mixed, beans with cheese, and loroco. We liked it so much we would drive back just to eat there again!“
“Today was our first time trying Salvadoran food and it was amazing. The staff is very friendly. I will definitely stop by again the next time I’m in Smyrna. Please give this restaurant a try, you will not be disappointed! Also, there were two gentlemen there that spoke English and were very helpful and patient.“
“Yummy! Food is very DELICIOUS! Authentic, very nice people. We ate their tacos, rice, beans and chicken quesadillas. Cant wait to try other items. Will be back soon. I highly recommend, you will definitely become a repeat customer. Also, just fyi... you go inside to order then they prepare your food in the food trailer, so you actually don't order at the food trailer.“
