Every single subway in the area are a bunch of cheap POS. Every single store blocks you from being able to use coupons for any sort of discount. Every store needs to have ownership removed.

Wasted 10 minutes driving to the only subway that was listed as open and when I arrived they were closed. I don’t know what time they close, but they are not open until 10 PM.

Always good at the subway inside the pilot in lavergne..but very disappointing in the citgo on 1-24 across from.thortons not to mention the Indians or whatever they are are rude thieves

This is the rudest group of workers I have ever encountered at any subway. I ordered a tuna salad. Adalys told me I would be charged an extra 2 dollars and 75 cents cause they were outta little to go bowls. Which is wrong of them to charge me for something because you are out of stock of what you're supposed to have in here. Then only to be ignored by her to be passed on to a supposed mgr with an even bigger attitude. Her name was Letty. I got no dressing no crackers only to be rushed off by the third rudeness of my day. At the register by the name of Judy. I'm a trucker and I've come to this location many times, but never have I ever been treated the way I was treated today. I will never return as long as Letty is running your business. I'm so disappointed in y'all. I expect better customer service towards truckers at an actual truck stop

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! The franchisee will not take paper coupons, online Subway app coupons, no Pilot coupons ( there was a buy one footlong, get another 1/2 off on the Pilot app) nor would they allow me to use my $30 gift card !!! What kind of a business does this to their customers?? Why would you pay royalties for a Business that you obviously don't follow the business model for? I am beyond upset today. Gift card in the trash! I will never come back to any Subway again because more and more of the owners are doing this !!! Good Riddance! Firehouse subs it is!
Best ultimate meats (#4) footlong I've had. A must goto anykind of sub in the evening. Now I ate most of the sub. So the picture isn't a footlong anymore.

I came here one Saturday to order a sandwich. The female employee was topping the unbaked loaves of bread with cheese as I walked up. I waited till she finished with those trays and she put them in the oven. She then proceeded to grab two more trays and started topping them with cheese. I then asked her… Can I get a sandwich? She said, sure as soon as I’m done doing this. I waited till she finished those two trays and put them in the oven. She then grabbed two more trays and began topping them with cheese. At that point I walked away. I guess prepping the loaves of bread is more important than serving the customer.
