Management is horrible. she is very disrespectful and has a fowl mouth not just to her workers but to guest as well. And is not the cleanest looking human to be in food service. This would explain the lack of worker's. I wouldn't tolerate working for this lady either.Other than her performance and fowl language the entire time we were there. the food was good and the other worker's were great they were working very hard and efficient considering the disrespect they were receiving.

I don't expect much from a fast food restaurant in LaFollette, but this was the worse experience I have ever had. I ordered food in the app for curbside. After checking in and waiting about 15 minutes in the parking space with no food or communication, I decided to call. No answer. I then proceed through the drive thru where I see every single one of the employees (7-8 of them and the place was empty!) outside and several of them smoking. After the experience, I wanted to cancel the order and a refund. The lady told me I had to cancel in the app, but since I checked in, I couldn't cancel. Then the manager proceeds to flat out like and say they were waiting on a sweet potato pie. I had waited at least 20 minutes, so her lie was laughable, plus the drinks and other food were not ready. The manager lied and all the employees were outside and got caught. I was then refused a refund saying I have to cancel in the app. The manager said, "he" said I had to cancel in the app. I explain I am not leaving until I receive a refund. I proceed to wait another 20 minutes and she comes back with a phone number. I explain I am glad she came back because I was 5 minutes from calling the police. She could not understand that is theft because I was not provided a service yet I gave them money. She hands me a piece on paper with a number. and I proceed to record her in class I have to file with my credit card company to guarantee I get my money back. I call the number and they are closed. I have yet to get my money.At the time the picture was taken 2 or 3 of the employees had already gone inside, the lady on the mic and the manager. I think one of the guys had gone in also. Again this is after 20 minutes of me waiting for my order and calling. They were definitely not waiting on my sweet potato pie that long or they were have communicated with me. They were all being lazy in the back. I hope the owner checks the tape, also the owner still owes me $35 for the order I didn't get!

Lovin' our Five Boys!
We visited this location on a Thursday at 11:15am on our way through town from a different state to visit family in another different state. The service was extremely slow. The food was old and dry. The tea tasted weird. There was an alarm going off every 5 seconds which was super annoying since we were eating in the dining roomWe returned the following Sunday at 11am by complete accident and were pleasantly Surprised…apparently their Sunday service is much better than their weekday service

Spent 20 on breakfast to get it home and realized a can of dog food probably would have been better. All ways out of something this time large lids maybe bojangels may want to rethink their management .
Always forgetting a side order, fries are always old and dry biscuits too. I only have this problem in Lafollette. Lost my business.

Very convenient and good tasting food. It filled me up for a good price. The waitress was very outgoing and funny. Everyone seemed to be doing well. It wasn't crowded when I showed up there.Parking: Nothing more to say other than plenty of parking for this location.
