Horribly long lines and rude staff. Seriously you will wait too long and deal with too much s*** for this place to be worth it. There are so may options and places to eat and drink on Norris why you would EVER eat or drinking here is beyond me. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They are not the only place on the lake you you deserve better. This place sucks and that is an understatement .

We stop here every year. The food is really good, but the service and speed is always an issue. This year we had two tables of people. One table had their food in the takeout boxes before the other table even got their food. We ordered at the same time. But if you are boating at Norris definitely eat here and check out the store.

If this was a year ago I would give them probably 5 stars, but unfortunately it was just a week ago we decided to go here (normally we go here at least once during our weekend trips, so been here about 20 times). I love their chicken salad pita and curly fries but to my displeasure they no longer were on the menu. When I asked the waitress what happened she said the menu has changed 4-5 times in the last year and she wasn't sure why they took these items off because the curly fries were her favorite. I decided to go with the hickory smoked chicken wrapped since it was my second favorite, but once again disappointed. As I was eating the first half of the wrap I was realizing it only tasted like cheese and sauce, so I decided to open it up and once again to my displeasure only found these two ingredients with a small piece of chicken (wrap consists of chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, bacon, and sauce). I was very excited about going here because it was my parents first time to the lake and I raved about them being the best (as far as food) on the lake, but unfortunately it was a disappointment besides the onion rings. Service was still good and docking is good, but food no longer is the best on the lake.
