Lovey place to eat when craving Mexican! The atmosphere is amazing and the authentic design of the building and decor inside is such a great feeling. The food is really good and they are very good at listening to food allergies or concerns. It’s always a pleasure to eat there.

Service every single time I go here was amazing except for the last time. Our waiter had a hard time understanding what we wanted because he didn't understand or comprehend the English language. I told the waiter we wanted hot wings to go 4 times when he visited our table to check on us and no problem my friend so when we went to pay for our check and ask him where our wings to go are? He says huh what wings and I'm like I told you 4 times I wanted wings to go and he is like sorry I didn't know. So next time I will ask for certain waiters that have provided greatest service you can get at a food establishment and don't get me wrong I love this place and everyone in but this last time was a bad experience and I don't like to be charged for stuff I didn't eat.

It's difficult to find authentic Mexican food in LaFollette. I can't rate El Pueblito on authenticity because all I ordered was margaritas, chips and queso, and a chicken quesadilla. All the food I had was good. The server was attentive. The artwork was beautiful. However, the restrooms were in disrepair and could use a complete remodel. It's difficult to trust a kitchen that serves food when the restrooms aren't kept up.

I had two chicken tacos, the only spice I tasted was the salsa from the table that I poured on my tacos. Adding spices before it's cooked would have made these tacos Rock! Otherwise they were ok.
