Absolutely terrible! The chicken was so greasy and salty I could barely choke it down. I got 4 pieces of chicken half the pieces I couldn't even tell what they were. Kentucky fried chicken has went downhill big time over the years.

I don't know what you do to the chicken but you used to be able to taste the herbs and spices on the chicken and now it pretty much sucks. Dont know if you all strayed from the original recipe but something changed. Used to love it but now I go to Zaxbys.

Ordered online. Got there said my order was ready. Waited 30 minutes watching them fill orders thru drive thru. Finally got my order which was an 8 piece dinner. Got home had half a container of potatoes, French fries instead of coleslaw. They could have at least told me and give me the option to change my order. They have list my business. Orders are never tight they either give you the wrong thing or leave something out.

Every time we order something is wrong or missing. Or we have to wait almost an hour for our food because nothing is ready or they have to cook more. But plenty of people standing around on their phones talking. And when you are missing something or they can't find your order they get an additude with you. Horrible customer service.

Eat there last night around 8:30 they had pot pies this time. But when is the buffet coming back they've lost alot business not having the buffet. Still no buffet because KFC is too lazy to bring it back.

Over all most of the times my food is amazing. The food isn't really the problem. On 2 or 3 separate occasions going here the ladies at the window were rude. All because I wanted to get my mobile order at the drive through. Which it doesn't say you can't on the app. So idk what the problem is lol. Food is good though.
