Actually this KFC, is better than the one On Germantown parkway,most KFC, has gotten pretty bad, as well as Popeyes which chicken is getting bad in this area, hopefully this one will try to avoid being like the other chicken chains in this

The workers are the most inept, lazy, and incompetent group of individuals I have EVER had the displeasure of experiencing. Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru—I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt because maybe they were busy—I finally said something to the intercom and the woman answers rudely, constantly put in our order wrong and I corrected her three times over the intercom and AGAIN at the window.They made us pull around to the side to wait another 15 min (for two sandwiches and two fries) and served the next four cars. Workers kept going in and out of the bathrooms, then going out to their cars with their own order to eat, playing on their phones at the counter and getting other people’s orders wrong from the looks of the customer at the counter bringing his food back.Finally came out with our food, didn’t bring any sauces that I double checked and asked for at the window. Opened the food up for a peek to see if it was right and I couldn’t tell if the sandwiches were classic as I had ordered, and stupidly, trusted that they were right, only to go home and discover they were DROWNED in hot sauce on a wet, soggy, greasy bun and completely inedible. Complete waste of money and time.

I went to drive thru at 830 last night and was told they would not have any chicken for 30 minutes! What? They are a chicken place. I would understand if they were a burger place but geez.
This is the worst KFC in the city, I don’t know how its possible to always get pulled when there is nobody in the line and the order is still wrong just extremely lazy and trifling people, so

My family and I love KFC chicken, but we often try to avoid this location, despite it being the closest to my parents home. We kept it simple ordering 4 famous bowls with drinks. The bowls were only about 2/3 full and the chicken seemed like it spent too long in the warmer and was far from fresh. There was barely any gravy or corn either, it was mostly mashed potatoes and dried out chicken. We had trouble finding lids for our cups aswell, they had to bring some from the back after claiming they were out. They need to fix a lot of things at this location, but if you desperately want chicken and you decide to go here, keep your order simple and you may not be too disappointed.

What's the point of having a drive thru if you can't order there? Conveniently located but not actually convenient when you get told to come inside to order. Ridiculous. And now reading previous reviews, this is a common occurrence. Makes it clear the owners don't care about this establishment and brings into question what else they allow to slide.

If a Friday evening not even close to closing and they don't have extra crispy and no Ice Tea. Waited over what appeared to be longer than normal during drive thru to get an order. Finally, no receipt. Really!? Cash or card how would I know if I'm not being overcharged? 1st time there /last time too.

This was the worst chicken (tiny and overcooked for original), biscuits (very small and hard as rocks) and service (I was short on time so I drove through but as soon as I said 12 piece bucket, I was told to pull around and come inside), that I have ever had from KFC. It has had changes through the years but last night's course has turned me from ever going back
