It was around sunset... but all the lights were out... a few cars in drive through, so we pulled in... the drive through speaker had a hand written note, "please pull to the window."We were the third car... and working on our patience, so we waited... each order was being placed at the window, then started to cook... it took a good while for each one... but we figure, errybody got tough times, we still gonna give em our business.Price was craziness, $25 for 12 cheese Krystals 1 large sprite and a small fry...We got going down the road; they forgot the fry... my wife said there's something not right about these burgers.. I tasted one.. yup... each one had a dish soap flavor, couldn't quite put my finger on.. but we paid so much, we ate em anyway. . Both used alot of toilet paper that evening.Wife said , "if ever, remind me never."

Have tried twice to order here without any answer at drive thru. Both times employees were sitting inside hanging out refusing to work. Just tried tonight at 10 pm cst not sure why they are open.

5 cars waiting to place their order at the drive-thru at 645 on a Saturday evening and Noone ever answered the intercom. Noone inside. Ms. Faye never ran a Krystal this bad.

Set in line for 7 minutes @7.50 p.m 3-23-24 No response at the speaker pull around guy with headset is asleep at the table. Always empty and now I see why! This place needs some management attention asap. Need 0 or half star ratings.

Awful service, took us 30 minutes to get food and there was barely a line multiple people got out of their cars to complain because they did not get their food and we had to go in to reorder because they never filled our

Burgers were hard & crusty. And not even luke warm. They tasted& felt like they'd been setting on the counter for an hour or two. Stale, dried out. & cold. The employee seemed to be there by herself. She was friendly but the food was trash. I drove from Nashville to the Memphis Area just to get Krystal's. Sigh Another favorite i won't be eating at anymore.

Tried giving this location another chance and was disappointed again. If you come anytime in the evening there's a chance they'll straight up ignore you at the drive through. They also lock the lobby so no one can come in. Upper management needs to step in because the store manager doesn't give a dam.

No one takes drive thru orders. When u go to the window they won't take your order. The manager is very rude. This is the second time yhis has happened. I don't know how they do any business. Will not waste my time at location again.
The food was hot and fresh this time and I didn't think they were open it's always deserted inside
