The steak burgers were WONDERFUL. Our server, Elijah Young was very friendly and very attentive. He recommended the Hersheys chocolate cake and it was YUMMY! We liked him so much we would go back to see just to see him, and of course the great food ?. We had 3 service dogs with our party and the restaurant was very accommodating.

The Salad Bar is superior to all of the restaurants in southern Tennessee. The service was top notch our server was perfect. (Haven) My Ribeye steak was medium rare and the asparagus side was just the way we make it at home. Thank you Haven!

Ordered the ribeye (medium rare) and mac and cheese, with the salad bar. The salad bar is at least 100 percent better than i remember it, almost worth the trip for this alone. The mac and cheese tasted like Kraft, that was a disappointment. I really wanted to hate the steak; it was cooked decently, but they marinated it for what seems like a long time in something like Worcestershire. Mildly sweet, normally i wouldn't like that, and I'd never do it myself. The texture was softer than i expected, but not mushy. By the end though, I was really into it, less sweet I think than standard Worcestershire might be, more savory, taste of garlic coming through from time to time. Just be aware, the taste of the marinade is pretty strong. You either like it or you don't.I'd definitely come back.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!I am done with this place!!!!Sat there for 20 minutes, and I think everyone that worked there walked at past me. Other than the hosts that seated me, that was the only person who said anything to me. 20 minutes later, I was the only person there. Went to Strikers the other guys and got my steak in 15 minutes.

Let’s start by saying, I usually love everything at the Brass Lantern. The spinach con queso dip was very good, however, the chips were a little over done. I ordered a 9oz sirloin with fries and soup. The French onion soup didn’t arrive with my meal and I had to request it. The sirloin wasn’t seared and was very chewy. Fries weren’t cooked very well. The food just wasn’t as good as it typically is. The service was decent.

PROS: Fresh salad bar with a good variety of toppings and dressings. The hamburger steak, baked potato and the chicken parmesan we had had was good as were the cocktails from the bar.CONS: 30 minute wait for a table at 3:30 p.m.PRICEY ... Especially the steaks and prime ribThe menu is a bit challenging with the items that come with the entrees and added prices of the salad bar as it is different for each selection.I did not like the butter that came with the rolls... I wish the waitress had warned me it was cinnamon butter.

Jan. 24, 2024.We were greeted by a young man and told us to choose our seats on the left side of their restaurant. We went to that side and it was their Bar. He was wanting us to seat at the BAR when we have small children with us.So we came back to him to get seated properly, and he brought us to the other side where there's literally nobody there. And he seated us at a table, and I asked nicely if we can sit at the booth (which they have lots of), and he started telling me why we needed to seat at a table not at a booth and etc.So I said, we would like to seat at the booth..Oh what a trouble when there's literally nobody there, and lot's of table because it is after lunch and he is just making a big deal out of it.Upon leaving the restaurant, this young man (host wearing red) gives me a STINK EYE as I exit their restaurant. What a horrible experience. Now let's talk about their food,Their Sriracha Boneless Chicken Wings is not WINGS, you are getting Chicken Tenders with Lawrys Seasoning and Paprika. It does not taste Sriracha at all.Not good.Their Chicken Parm is overcooked, breading is burnt. And taste like Marinara out of the jar. Noodles are not AL Dente. We also ordered their Cheeseburger and Mushroom Swiss and it is not good at all. Salty and overcooked.I don't know who left reviews about this place but what is going on in here people?!!
