Service and quality control have taken a hit at this location. It's rare that you'll come across a friendly employee, and they can't seem to make a consistent iced latte anymore.
Don't bother going at 6:45 pm they will tell you they are closed! Knowing damn well they don't close till 7... Really sucks cause I go there almost every day so much for break

I recently went to my local dunkin I stood at the counter with multiple employees walking back and forth in front of me not speaking to me. I waited at minimum of 5 mins after I had turned to my husband and said they haven't acknowledged me yet. A girl walks over to says I can't take your order I'm not in the register and walks away.
