Flies everywhere!!! We couldn't even eat in peace for flies everywhere. It was almost like Amityville Horror! As per usual , I can't find a clean table either. Fast food restaurants are going downhill and fast. It's not worth the higher prices to bother with these places anymore. Regular restaurants are better deals AND cleaner!

Horrible service. Got here and the lobby was closed. Wi-Fi wouldn’t work outside the restaurant (as mcd’s and everyone else’s does) and I had issues with my data today so I was unable to get the offers to work via the app. If you can’t get the app to work they won’t give you the offers pricing(so much for customer satisfaction and support). So had to wait 15-20 minutes in the drive thru only to pay full pricing. And since the app wouldn’t work they said they don’t even know how to get my points(for paying full price by the way) so adding insult to injury now. Totally sucks at this place overall as far as service or satisfaction. Skip it unless you are prepared to suffer the consequences

I don’t even write reviews. Skip this place unless you’re ready to roll the dice of a bad experience.Went up here today and had my third bad experience in less than 2 weeks. They don’t know how the app works and will tell you oh it’s not our app someone else made it, last I checked it says WENDYS app so it’s messed up they don’t know how to work it. They also won’t honor the app deals if the app is glitchy (which it is often). Back to todays visit:Some people were leaving and I waited and then came into the Wendy’s. I got to the counter and the manager seemed upset so I told him he didn’t look happy to see me. He didn’t really say much, at this point I realized my card was in the car so I told him I would have to go get it and I would be right back. He didn’t say anything at this point so I went to leave to go get it. Went to get it and headed back only to find the door locked and a sign saying the lobby was closed. Simple solution would be to hire more staff or something as this has been happening lately at this Wendy’s. So I guess I’m supposed to wait in the line of cars that’s wrapped around the building when I was wanting to sit inside and eat, if I wanted to eat in the car I’d bring my own food for crying out loud. FYI the manager is the one who his parents own it. so maybe that is the issue.

Went thru drive thru and ordered my food. 15.02 for a hamburger, fries and a drink. Which is absolutely ridiculous.Paid the lady at the window. Then pulled to the next window to get my order and he gives me my food and a half full drink, I was like Whats this? He says we have a certain fill line on the drinks even though you didn't want ice we have to fill it to a certain line on the cup. I call BULLSHIT.

Got hamburger there tonight and it was pretty bad meat was ok but the other was not much lettuce and onion and picklesTo much ketchup and no mustard.Service was great.French fries was small real small like the end of the potato
