Ordered a banana royal, got a cup of bananas with hardly any ice cream, probably less than what kids get. Didn't get the toppings that were asked for. My wife got the same thing but got less bananas and I've cream than I did.

Went a got what I thought was 2 scoop sundae for $5.69 but I was definitely like a kids size. I also asked to make sure sugar free. Well after 1st bite it the hot fudge tasted normal so I asked about it. Got told nope no sugar free toppings only ice cream. They wouldn't even offer to fix the problem. Now they have lost my business.Dietary restrictions: Diabetic

I usually go to Baskin-Robbins for a nice and friendly time with my family and today we had the worst service. The cashier was so rude and we all felt so uncomfortable the service was awful and I was told I couldn't get a receipt her name was Mariana.

I love me some Baskin Robbins Ice Cream. Had to come by and grab a mint Chocolate shake before going to the Dancing Christmas Lights in Lebanon. It's always been a tradition of mine to have a mint Chocolate Chip shake while seeing Christmas lights. Weird, but fun!

Always love coming here for a treat! Last weekend we ordered a birthday cake for my son (the Oreo Cookie Sandwich) and it was perfect! It tasted so good, I might have to order the cake instead of ice cream when I go there now ?

THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE WHO ISNT STINGY WITH THE WHIP CREAM❣️? i typically get milkshakes here and sometimes i’ll get a waffle bowl with best cotton candy ices cream. i enjoy coming to this location because all of the staff is very friendly and happy to help any customer

The employees are very sweet and polite, outgoing and friendly environment. This place only has 1 table in the store itself but plenty more tables are right outside the shop for your choice to sit down and enjoy your ice cream.
