We gave this place two tries within the last 4 days and they had messed up both times. The first time, they put onions on my fiancés sandwich after I had told them she was ALLERGIC! Thankfully she took a lot of benadryl and we didn’t have to go to the ER. This second time (tonight), there was literally a HAIR in my mother’s sandwich!! We called and spoke to the manager who sounded like he couldn’t care less. He refunded us (thankfully) and when I was telling him the girl making sandwiches should wear a hairnet so this doesn’t happen again, he HUNG UP on me mid sentence. We will never be going back to this location and I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again. First picture is the HUGE amounts of onion in my fiancé’s sandwich and the second picture is the long blonde hair in my mother’s. Absolutely appalling.

Grinders are the most amazing thing ever as is the pizza. Can’t go wrong.
Been going to Bellacino's for many years, driving from Westmoreland to get that special pizza. Yesterday we order an 16" w/pepperoni & ground beef. To our surprise it was not the same pizza we have enjoyed for many years. There was practically no sauce or cheese on it. We counted 14 pieces of pepperoni which were not whole pieces they were cut up, and a little bit of ground beef. I know the economy is bad but this was ridiculous, Sorry but they lost a loyal customer who been going there at least 40 times a year. We'll save the gas money and find another pizza place.

Their pizza is as mid as their service. I ordered a pizza at 3:40 to be ready at 4:40 and arrived at 4:35. I saw them assembling it at 4:45 (I saw it go through the oven and into the box). I got it at 4:55
Pizza was great but place is verging on filthy. We ate here at around two;place was very well staffed and there were four other customers. Condiment area looked like a bus full of third graders had just finished up destroying it... Ice machine overflowing and spilling into the floor... Fancy-mixing Coke machine out of the one I wanted... Bathroom looked as though it had not been attended to for a month...I was going to suggest that there's nothing that a new manager wouldn't fix, but I bet the owner is the manager. Otherwise they would have replaced the bad manager already ?
