Great service. Unfortunately food was soggy. Was warm but being in fast food it seems to me food had been up longer then supposed to be n got soggy

Employee locked door in our face and just stood there and looked at us without giving a reason on the door or even telling us they were closed. Highly disappointed. People have gotten used to Covid restrictions and use it as an excuse anymore. I myself am a GM and me and my team would never deny my customers.

Sat down to Dinner with husband and children, and my chair literally fell apart, I was injured keeping from falling and ensuring my young daughter was safe. Worker came to lobby, removed broken chair we set to the side, never asked if we were okay, never offered ice for my injury after being informed I had one, NOTHING. I asked for management to file a report, and I was presented with this girl who gave me a makeshift paper to fill out, and asked by the worker in drive thru if I could not feel the chair was loose before sitting down, better question would have been, why do you have a broken chair in your lobby to begin with ? Management has not reached out to me. Honestly, I have worked in retail and customer service related jobs for over 20 years and if I'd ever treated a customer as they have I'd been jobless. Not to mention, food was cold and my 5 year old didn't even want to eat his, this is a horrible establishment, I will NOT return nor will i recommend !!!!

I called this establishment, they hung up on me time after time..Cindy is not going to be happy about this...you will all be fired soon..I called yall for 45 minutes..with no answer..wouldn't it be easier to answer for 1 minute than ignore..the worst captain ds ever.

Drive through (7:30PM). Ordered the 3 piece fish dinner. $10.00, waste of money. Batter was burnt (has it changed?). If I go back, will do inside to make sure no problems.

Went here a few nights ago and was served raw fish. And cold fries. The boy behind the counter was texting and VAPING right there near the food! When someone from the back walked by to use the restroom and asked us how it was I said it's raw, look fish is white cooked and flaky not pink, and you can't stick a fork in it because it is way undercooked, and she said oh no it's a new type of fish we got. She says they send different types of fish it's not always the same (ok sure) then she made up some ridiculous story about fish only being white if it's dusted and this one wasn't dusted I said dusted ? Do you mean breaded ?she said no dusted to make it white, I asked her to explain dusting, and she just looked lost, How about instead of making up lies you just apologize for it not being cooked properly, refund my money at least for the fish, which we left here on the table so they could see we didn't eat it. The lady who is there at night is always rude, and we will never go back to this captain Ds again

We decided to give Captain Ds another try. The last time we ate at one was 15+ years ago in Springfield, MO. Always ate with the gray-haired aunts who resided there for years. My husband always enjoyed the food. On the other hand, I was not a fan. So, while in Lebanon, TN, we decided to give it another try BECAUSE the signage out front claimed now serving dessert from Cheesecake Factory! Staff at the register were delightful and confirmed they were serving two varieties of Cheesecake Factory desserts, plain and Oreo. Showdown time! Food weh. Got shrimp and battered fish. My husband ordered a fish plate with macaroni. Hushpuppies are good. Otherwise, I'd say cheap food at a reasonable price. For the Oreo Cheesecake, it was an imitation or a sad, cheaper version of what "The Factory" serves at their fine restaurants. We both agreed this was not the type of food we want to spend our money on. We are now at the same age our grey-haired aunts were those many years ago!
