I consider coffee a ( main food group ) & it was fantastic !!!! Iced caramel coffee with 4 caramel s, 3 liquid sugars & 3 creams, just try it.....Trust Me!!!!! The young girl who waited on me at the window ( soooo sweet ) loved her!!!!!!! Also..... If your in a hurry you can get on the app & order ahead, ( Awesome Right??? ) I choose Dunkin Coffee over Starbucks, every time!!!!

I gave this place two chances, the first time they were out of almost everything. The second time I payed for a lemon loaf that was clearly displayed on their screens that apparently was no longer available.

Not good at all. I waited in the line forever just to get some nasty watered down bitter coffee. I get coffee almost every morning from Dunkin. I get the same thing everytime, and I know what it should taste like if made correctly. The worker acted as if she had an issue with remaking my drink as well. Just horrible.

This is the third time they were just out of every food item on the menu. It's ridiculous! I used the mobile app to order food and some drinks and when I got there all I got was a "sorry, don't use the mobile app to order food". Im not gonna go back to this location.

We came in to an empty dining room and a few cars in the driveway. I ordered a mixed dozen of donuts and was told to wait for them to be packed. Two more families ordered after me and the drive thru line filled. After five minutes I returned to the counter and asked for my order. I was informed that some of the donuts I had ordered were now sold out because they were given to people coming through the drive thru. I told her that I when I had selected my donut order those specific donuts were available and had she packed them as I ordered them I would not have to now figure out substitutes. She was annoyed, rolled her eyes at me, packed them, and then apologized that what I ordered was no longer available. Rolling your eyes at a customer is never acceptable. Selling what has already been sold to another customer isn't acceptable. Not properly training your staff is unacceptable. Your cashier needs to be retrained on proper procedures and customer relations.

I’ve tried going two days in a row now at 6AM they’re supposed to open at 5AM. Lights are out. Doors are locked. No one is there. If you can’t open at 5AM then you need to have a sign saying so. Because I almost ordered on the app. Thank god I didn’t. Because the app was going to let me and they weren’t even actually open!

This place is a shit show it takes absolutely forever and the lady working the window at 6:39am obviously think she runs the place but she doesnt she stands around while it take 15 min for me to get 2 donuts and an iced coffee.

I typically order on the app, and too many times I get to the store and the doors are locked. The deal breaker was a morning when I was in a hurry. The doors were locked and the drive thru line was out to the street. I just left my order. I’ll never go back to this store again. From reading other reviews of different stores, this seems to be a common problem. I’ll have to try a different chain.
