The firehouse meatball was delicious, they also have a nice selection of cold subs to choose from, employees are very nice and professional, the inside of this restaurant is very nice and clean.

I went through the drive through last night around 8:45 . I put in my order and waited behind another car for a significant amount of time. When I got to the window I paid and waited, I saw a man making my sandwich over a garbage can, no hair net, and he has long braids. He did have on gloves at least. When I got the sandwich home, I really didn't want to eat it, but I went ahead and looked at it small cut up end cap of tomatoes I didn't even see lettuce..enough mayonnaise to choke a horse, and a couple of flimsy mushrooms, it looked like it had been pulled out of the garbage can.. I will not be returning. I don't know why this place has good ratings, it doesn't deserve them in my opinion.

Was great bread just right ! I went through the drive thru so I didn't go in and I didn't know why asked for a tip at a drive thru??? Only one problem I was eating on a paid lunch but I got no receipt at all and wasn't asked !!!! I know most don't want it but I did !!! So I can't turn it in now. But it was wonderful and I will try again !! I didn't like the thing she tried to hand me I didn't want to handle it I usually let the employee check me out wear ever I go I don't do that but thank you for a really tasty lunch!!!

service was awful!! took forever to get our sandwiches in the drive thru and the girl at the window had such a terrible attitude. they forgot our chips, drink, napkins, and straw. expected more out of a brand new establishment!

First time at the new location and they did not dissapoint. We are so glad to have a great sub shop in town. Food tonight was well portioned and my steak and cheese sub was cooked perfectly with everything fresh and it was later at night close to 8 p.m. My wife really liked her Hook and Ladder sub as well. Keep up the good work and welcome to Lebanon TN.

Hey Firehouse subs, how does it feel for your first review to be from a police officer? ha! I heard this place was opened today so I had to check it out. I met the owner and some staff. Everyone was friendly. First responders in uniform get free drinks! Hey, we go for the free stuff. I ordered the 6" Jamaican Jerk Chicken sandwich which was very tasty. The lobby and restroom were spotless. They close at 9, and apparently I arrived ten minutes before closing. Very cool decorations including a cool mural in the lobby. Go check it out and add a donation to the firehouse subs public safety foundation to help hometown first responders.
