Manager has now permanently closed the dining room and replaced their drive through order taker with a robot. I'm not kidding. There is now a sign on the order screen, covering up the details of your order, that says "AI in training" and it tells you exactly how to talk to the robot and exactly what words to say. Talk about completely ruining the customer experience.I have a feeling this location is corporate owned. It's always been terrible. The location on South Cumberland St. is better (though still not great). At least they have people working there who have a pulse and the kitchen manager does try to stay on top of keeping her people working at a good pace.I will always choose people over profit. Period.
