Always as good as the last! Friendly staff and practically the same prices as subway. You got my business!!*Edit- last night I ordered two sandwiches, one of which was a slim which is a small sandwhich but there wasn’t even two slices of turkey on the whole sandwhich. So 1 piece of meat and 2 pieces of cheese was $7. My son said I’m not even going to eat this cause it’s just bread. Couldn’t believe someone thought that was acceptable. My sandwhich was good but kinda dry.

I have had Jimmy John's several time the food is great. I place an onlie order to pick-up in the drine through. My order was $32. My mom order the tuna on wheat bread. When we got home her tuna was on wheat bread like that you have st home. Her meal alone was $14.25. So I called the store to complain the employee that answered was rude. She said well prices went up and then it was well it says itc tells you what kind of bread it is. I said your business makes sub sandwiches. Then she said I was yelling at her and hung up the phone. First of all if I was yelling at she would've known. Then I called back to talk to a Manager and she didn't answer the phone. So I went back on the website and ordered the same thing for and it says sliced wheat but above it says 8 inch french ( I think) then when you go to pay it shows a 8 inch sub not loaf bread. I grew in the restaurant business so I'm always laid back when I eat out because I understand how hard it is. But I feel like I got duped. I could have made tuna salad at home and made her a hundred sandwiches for $14.

Went to drive thru at 7pm because dinning area was closed early there were no other customers there all the staff were siting in booths on there phones they seen me and still made me wait 5 min before they answered drive thru so Unprofessional food was good

Made an online order tonight as usual but when I arrived the systems were down. Since my order was already paid they worked around the problems, wrote down my order and got busy making my sandwich. Still freaky fast! Thanks for the great service.

I called and placed an order for delivery here, and 45 minutes later I still hadn’t seen my order so I called back and was told that the person that took my order hung up too fast and didn’t know how I’d be paying so they just didn’t call back or send my order, after having my address and full order. they said that they had my order ready but didn’t know if they should deliver it??? Super confusing and frustrating considering they didn’t call back to confirm how Id be paying. Now 20 minutes later and I still don’t have the order after calling again.

Arrived 20 min before closing. I immediately watched the employees start complaining that we pulled in 20 min before closing. Fortunately, I can read lips and let’s just say they wasn’t pleased we pulled in. I stepped out of my car and a very unprofessionally looking woman stuck her head out of the door and said to me I’m sorry I’ve already thrown out the bread for the night and we have cleaned up already. You know that’s fine but if a business advertises they are open until 9:00pm then they need to honor that. If I owned this store this would not happen. This location is right off the interstate and sometimes traveling you have to try and eat when and where you can. I can say we will never stop here again and my business will never use this location again.

only been to this place 2 times. today i tried their new wrap, the jalapeno chicken ranch. very very good. dont be like me and think you are big enough to eat 2. they are huge. i like that they actually have employees too. there are so many people working that it looks like they would run into each other. what was awesome was they looked like they were moving like snails but it took them less than 5 minutes to take my order, make me 2 wraps, give me a my drink, bag my food and have me walking out the door. they are deceptively fast and awesome. love the wrap and the service.

What is the point of choosing in-store pickup if this location constantly wants to close their lobby? It doesn’t make sense to me and there’s never any explanation from the employees. You’ve got 4 employees inside with a closed lobby more often than not, and it’s ruined my perception of the company’s brand that it’s acceptable to force customers to come through the drive-thru every time.

I love Jimmy Johns. I go there all of the time. This place in Lebanon absolutely blows. Something is always up, either inside is closed, they don’t have bread (they’re a sandwich shop) or they just don’t seem to want to work. I’ve been to this one more times than I should’ve. And every single time is a complete and utter disappointment. Do Not Go. They deserve 0 stars.
