This location is the worst fast food establishment I have ever been too. The people are fine but they are closed half of the time, lobby is never open, orders are always screwed up. And I have had to get money back from the company on several occasions because when you mobile order, the app has no way if knowing that this location is closed when it's supposed to be open. Highly inconvenient when you have little to no time to eat on your break

The SLOWEST service on earth!!!! We waited almost 20 minutes in line only to leave and go to KFC….. Food is good but you gotta wait till they find & KILL THE CHICKEN!!! Ridiculous….

Guy at register was wearing beat headphones.The man who looked like the manager apparently thought it was ok to wear beats over your ears while taking your order or even while working in a public place at all!!! He got our orders wrong, gave us no silverware, didn’t ask if we wanted original or crispy. Cole slaw was soured and the bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months or swept or mopped. Awful experience!!

There is no buffet available. The food was fresh and served in a reasonable amount of time. The employees were pleasant and courteous. It was around 4:30 pm when we arrived, they closed the dining room around 6-6:30 pm but didn't rush us to leave as we were having a discussion. We finally left around 7:30 pm.

Got my order totally wrong. I think I actually received someone else's order. I did receive a refund. 2nd time I ordered the $20 box as a treat for the customer pickup workers at Walmart and didn't receive the plates & utensils I had requested when ordering.

It's KFC it's pretty standard what you get. The last few times the food was not good. I got a 4 piece extra crispy took it home and the chicken was so dry it was like eating bone. I don't usually complain but this was beyond bad I threw almost all of it away. With 3 other chicken options in town it's just not worth
So I just spent a little over $70 for them to completely screw up my order. I wanted 2 large corns that I didn't get along with my biscuits but I did get charged $10 for a nasty Mac and cheese that no one will eat. And their response drive all the way back (15miles) tonight or tomorrow and they will give me the corn and biscuits. Forget my $10 I guess and I guess corn and biscuits will be dinner tomorrow. What a joke. Happy birthday to me. Worst KFC ever

Placed an order online for a bucket of extra crispy, the new hot wings, and a bowl with no corn.They were out of extra crispy so I agreed to take original recipe, but the texture was awful and gritty like sand. My guess is that it had been sitting for a while. They were out of the hot wings altogether and told me I'd have to request a refund online. Lastly the bowl not only had corn, they also used the wrong type of chicken.I won't be back.

The drive thru lady was very helpful and patient. It took us a few minutes to figure out what everyone wanted. Our order was perfect.The food was hot and fresh even though it was during a slow time of day.

Miserable... put in an online order, be ready by 430. Get there at 430, according to Tiffany, it's not important and cooks don't come in till 5 so extra crispy takes too long.....then she has another story about how she didn't see the order....545 I walked out of there and will never walk back in.
