Stopped in while traveling to use restroom and get breakfast. Lobby closed at 6am and we were told it wouldn't open until 7am. 15min later we're sitting over at Chikfila and watched people walk in the open lobby.

This mc Donald's is just like the other one, one day they will get your whole order right maybe forget a sauce or straw. The other day your missing food. Since these are the only 2 in lebanon we check our order before we leave every time anymore.

The liquid misery that they served me as coffee was the worst "coffee" I've ever tasted. Coffee at every other McDonald's is constantly very good. If they left the end of a batch condensing down for two days then mixed in the remaining slag with a new batch, it would probably have tasted better than what I got. My Altoids didn't even help. I finally recovered with a new coffee from FastTrak.

So two things here I came to the drive-thrua almost two weeks ago.. ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin but I asked them to put the McGriddle bread on there Don't know what happened I got sick for 4 days after eating that.... Went through the drive-thru this morning asked for egg McMuffin with biscuit bread instead they still did not put the biscuit bread on there they left me with the McMuffin called the store it's automated and you have to leave a message and you can't even talk to someone at all ridiculous and they all wonder how business goes will go downhill

I ordered a shamrock mcflurry and it was nasty. It was basically just ice cream with mint syrup. It wasn't even mixed. I love sweets but ended up throwing it
I have tried to eat here at least 5 different times. Never once been able to get my order taken. Just go across the street to wataburger.

Went through the 24 hour drive thru at 3:45 am Sunday morning. No response, checked google maps and they were supposed to be open. Lights in and employees all there. Rolled up to the window and tried to order food. The employee said they aren’t open. I said, the sign on their drive through literally says open 24 hours and the employee laughed at us saying that’s too bad and they were closed. Tired and hungry we went to Whataburger and got great food and service!!

Sunday morning crew used to be awesome at this location the last few Sundays including today the crew is rude to the people in the drive thru the lady said it was “my fault” for not giving the code to the speaker which I did this isn’t my first rodeo at McDonald’s. I then ask for her name because she’s talking to me like I’m a child when I’m being really polite to her. I ask her for her name and she says “you don’t need to know my name, YOURE A MISTAKE” Whatever that means
