I came into the facility for a job interview located at 1420 W MAIN ST, LEBANON, TN, 37087 at 5:10pm on 3/21/24. The person that scheduled the interview was not there and not only was the person not there, but his crew particularly the Mexican women that seemed to be in charge and the mixed boy at the front were both disrespectful. The Mexican women that had the button up and that seemed to be in charge wasn’t willing to answer any questions I had about employment or an interview, it seemed like it was because I was of another race. Plus the black cash register boy at the front laughed in my face about it. I was irritated at first of how this went down, but I’m glad it happened before I got hired on with the company.

Went couple days ago there were people backed out thur drive thur and inside full of people we went inside when we got to order the young man could not Speak English good at all had keep waiting manager kept coming to help him. Got home all food was messed up not way it was ordered. Thing that was so bad the bill was Eighty Seven Dollars. When tried to call no one answered. Called managers office still no response. Little say won't be going back no way soon.

I am so disappointed. I usually get really good service at this location. I came through the drive thru around 7 pm.. I tried to order a quarter pounder with the dehydrated onions instead of the slivered onions. The employee tried to tell me they can’t do that. I’ve been doing that at this same location the past 3 years atleast twice a week ? Probably won’t be back now. He sounded like he just was being lazy and he couldn’t even stop laughing to take my order. This new night shift full of teenagers are very lazy and rude. This used to be a much better location with top tier service. Not sure what’s going on now. I didn’t even get the food cause that’s my go to order.

I'm a door dasher I had to pick up at this location around 7am and it was ridiculous I stood there for 5 min there was only one worker in the drive thru and I couldn't get her to even look at me I wasn't trying to be rude I knew they were busy but my order was ready and sitting behind the counter another worker came out of the bathroom and I told I just had a door dash she told me to wait and went and helped drive thru like just hand me the bag it would have taken 2 sec when she finally handed me the bags 2 min later I said that she could of handed me that when she passed me she said she only had one worker why open your loby if you can't help the people coming in if I go thru drive thru they tell me to come in if I come in i cant get my order so what am i supposed to do
