Paid extra for toppings(that I didn’t even get) so $15 for this Acai bowl. Are we rationing around here? Why not fill the bowl up especially when it’s that expensive. When it’s the teenagers working just know you’re going to get shorted or outright refused service (one time they told me they didn’t have the stuff to make it and to come back the next day but I was told this was a lie by another employee) I’ve quit going to this location

A really great smoothie king in Lebanon TN.Swung through for a quick and healthy lunch option. This one was well staffed which was nice to see. The staff were also very friendly.The smoothie was made quickly and was delicious.Highly recommended.

I order a customized smoothie bowl they acted as if they couldn’t hear me I repeated my order 5 times and she acted as if she still couldn’t hear then I went to the window and she still couldn’t get my order correct then , she has me wait for my bowl and it still was made incorrectly when she brought out the fruit that she left out of my smoothie bowl it had a hair on it I’m so mad I won’t be coming back just trifling!!! I don’t even know if it’s safe for me to eat my bowl because I feel like she intentionally did something to my bowl ?

So I had been meaning to try Smoothie King for a long time and I just swooped in this afternoon. I stayed with familiar flavors for my first time. I got the pineapple surf. Husband tried it and said good but idk about $8 good. ?? I may go wild next time.

They won't take any orders the last 30 minutes they're open and I get off work late most nights and so it's just a bummer to see people in there working but you can't get anything because they don't want to make anymore smoothies even though they're supposedly still open
6:50 and we were turned away because they are no longer taking orders. No one else is the parking lot, except one car in the drive thru. You couldn't take care of your last customer, like you had 10 more minutes.

"Closes at 9 PM". Arrive at 830 two employees leaning on the counter on cell phones with all the lights on. Pull up to order and I am told "Sorry we aren't taking any more orders tonight." I said don't you close at 9?" Them: "Yes but we already cleaned up so we're not taking orders." Me: "Can you just make one for my wife who is sick and requested a smoothie?" Them: "No goodnight."....... Open till 9 or not?
