Giving a 5 star because I love star bucks and my experience is usually always greatHowever- the staff needs to be nice to delivery servicesI do it as a part time job -There’s a lack of communication in getting delivery services their orders.I understand being busy and it’s high volume and stressful but when asking for an order and getting no help is also stressful.I don’t work for Starbucks so I asked because I also am working.At some point the order was ready but no one cared to tell me or turn the bag around correct way so I could actually see the nameI confirmed with the name and an employee told me “names on the bag”Which the bag was backwards so I wouldn’t know who it belonged to or at what point it was actually done.Employees aren’t asking questions and orders are just sitting there with no clear communication by writing nor verbal.Help me help you.

I am a Starbucks regular, but not from this area. Thru handed me 2 drinks, and 1 wasn't mine, and by the time I figured it out, I was already back on the road. I had to ask for my coffee. Really busy and very chaotic. The girl at the Cash register was really nice. Bummed I paid for a drink I never got ?

The coffee is most of the time great. However, I give it a 2* rating because I have never had to sit and wait 30 mins for a cup of coffee. Every time I stop here it's a 30 min wait!! Come on guys, you're not even busy!!

Gonna kept it a buck. It’s Starbys. You know what you’re getting and you’ll get it here. It’s expensive but worth it. Also the staff are nice in my experience so that’s a plus, but honestly it’d still be 5 stars if they weren’t because again, this is a Starbys.
I think they were short staffed. Everyone was working hard but there were many people waiting all crowded together as orders got a little backed up and there were only 4 or 5 employees at noon on the Friday after Christmas.

Absolutely the SLOWEST Starbucks ever. Consistently. You'll be car #3 in the drive thru and spend 20 min waiting for your order. They also 9 times out of 10 get your drink wrong or add portions incorrectly so you end up throwing the drink away. This Starbucks needs a huge operations overhaul.
