I arrived at this location at 5:00 pm on March 2nd 2023. When I got here, the door was locked and the hrs on the door said 8-9. I thought "maybe they are in the restroom". When I got to my car that was parked at the front door, I saw 2 little blonde girls around the age of 5 running out from behind the counter, they was chancing each other and 1 was trying to go through the employee door in the back, someone kept shutting it. Then out came a big lady around age late 30s... maybe 40. I saw her grab a drink from the customers soda fridge for the girls with out paying. The HR needs to get this place checked on cameras. They are not doing their jobs and highly unsanitary with kids running in the back.

I ordered a veggie delight with olives and pepper jack I got a pepper jack and olive only sandwich and because my sister asked the old sorry sack of shi* to remake her sandwich because he overcooked it. he slammed things around and acted up like it’s not your job to know how to make a sandwich I’ll never go here again l I have been in the service industry for over 10 years and I have never seen such a man child running a register you are better eating out of a dumpster then giving this place a dime and I will be contacting my lawyer about how he frightened my sister who has anxiety problems

Just went back after months of not going because of the old employees and how dirty it was but I gave it another chance. I'm glad I did. The young man and lovely lady that helped me changed my mind about this location. I'll be back. Keep up the good work!

I ordered an advertised sandwich containing chicken and other ingredients. I asked to substitute the bread with lettuce since I cannot eat gluten. I was charged for a bowl which cost almost $2 more. The salad bowls are not listed on the menu board, only on the clerk's register so the customer never sees the price of the salad. When I questioned it, she became very rude and argumentative. It was very hard to understand her. I finally gave up. Also, the bathroom sinks were filled with hair and the hand dryer did not work.

This complaint is because of an old Lady at the register she was acting very UGLY! She was rude, and unprofessional. If you don’t like your job “leave” don’t take it out on your customers simply because you can. She needs to be FIRED.

I don't know who that old Lady was at the register today but she was UGLY to me! She was rude simply because I wanted more tomatoes on my wrap. I barely ordered anything to put on the wrap but steak, pepperoni, and bacon and she refused to put any extra tomatoes. 4 TOMATOES WERE THE ONLY VEGETABLES ON THE WRAP WHEN I ASKED FOR MORE! It's not my fault you can't wrap a sandwich. I have worked customer service and I have never treated customers like that. She needs to be FIRED.

Horrible customer service! While I sat in my car finishing a phone call, I watched the employees sit outside smoking while 2 different customers went in. Neither of the employees went in to serve the customers. Both customers waited inside for a few minutes then left without being served. By the time I finished my call they had gone back inside. I then went in and was treated horribly by the girl behind the counter. She was beyond rude! I've never been talked to in such a way by someone in "customer service". I said I wanted spinach before looking at the spinach then nicely said never-mind because it looked horrible. Based on her reaction, you would've thought I said her kid was ugly. She became so aggressive, I left without my food as there was no way I was giving a company money that allows their employees to speak to their customers in the way she spoke to me. Obviously, based on the other reviews, this is not an isolated incident. Although I live within walking distance of this Subway, I will drive to the one across town and will never go back to this one. I will also tell everyone I can how horrible this store is. I completely agree with the guy who said the manager/owner must be hoping for fairy magic to correct this issue as the reviews here, as well as reviews on other sites, clearly show a lack of concern of how the customers are treated.

I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this Subway to anyone!!! I have consistently tried to go to this Subway because it is only a half mile from my house and every visit (4 over six months) has been met with the associates standing outside the entrance door smoking. You will have to wait on them to finish smoking to come in and service you. I have not seen these same associates wash there hands. They come in put gloves on. The bread has been stale every time I've ordered. The drink area is dirty and they have not had sweet tea, or lids to cups or one visit ice. The attitude of the associates has always been that I am interrupting them when I come in. I will never go back....

Service is horrible. The lady that was taken our order today yelled at our kids. Truly unprofessional. She was also being rude to other customers. Most likely the same person in the other reviews. I guess the leadership of this subway doesn’t care how their customers are treated.I do not recommend. Keep driving to another subway or go to Penn station.
