Highly disappointed and DISGUSTED. When we arrived the only worker in the store was out front smoking a cigarette, which I think is not the politest thing to do in front of incoming customers. We walked in and soon after he put out his cigarette. He walked and IMMEDIATELY touched a pair of clean gloves with his DIRTY hands. ZERO hand washing or anything. We immediately walked out and another customer talked to us that had also walked out before us. The worker came back outside and said, “I literally put gloves on”. We told him that they aren’t clean since he had just been outside smoking. Then he proceeded to light up AGAIN. Absolutely disgusting. This location has been great in the past but this guy ruined it.

I love the subway; This time I couldn't build my sandwich to my liking; The employee wanted to force me to take something from the menu, and I'm used to building my sandwich; but not at all; I can't demand more; Due to their poor subway salaries, they cannot train their staff.

Since for some reason subway has the bacon that is mostly fat . I always ask for them to toast my bacon separately from my sub so that it is crispy and not raw . Well I ask the guy to do this for me. He wouldn't do it Said that he promises that their oven would make it crispy because his was new. Well no it wasn't. I had to just take it off my sandwich. Because I couldn't get the guy to understand to do it separately

God forbid I show up 20 min after they are suppose to be open, when open I was never greeted!!! The guy was horrible it’s like anything I wanted or requested was out of the question, I like my sandwich extra toasted and he had a fit that I wanted that!!! You should probably find someone a lot nicer and willing to do there job without any attitude!! I will not be back the subway across town is 10 times better that’s were you guys should invest in your time!!!

I came here while on a trip with my cousin and grandmother and I stopped to get a sandwich. I was trying to use a coupon so I had to go back and forth to the car to check with my grandma. They didn’t accept coupons (which I understand why because subway sends a ton of them to different houses and it’s kind of not a fair deal for the owners) so I had to go back-and-forth with to the car check with my grandma. so the entire thing took like 30 minutes and I finally figured out I can’t use any sort of coupons even if they’re online. so I ordered my sandwich and the guy gave i and my little cousin free cookies. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I told the worker I was going to get a tip from my car but we had to go so didn’t have time. Someone please tip that man for me! Also if you are reading this YOU MADE MY DAY!!❤️?????

HORRIBLE customer service. The two older couples have zero customer service skills. They are rude and could care less about customer experience. I placed an online order and was charged but they said they did not receive it. I had the receipt and they still refused to give me my food without paying for it again. They told me to take the receipt to my bank to get the refund. That’s how little they know about the business they are running. The two teen girls that work there are the only ones that know what they are doing and actually have an understanding of customer service.

Like all subways..The food and quality are always pretty good..Don't mind eating here once and awhile.. I do like the seasonal sandwiches and the change up..Over all a good Subway..

I ordered a foot long Meatball and six inch Mexicali. The Mexicali already includes avocado according to the menu but I was still charged me extra $1.50 for avocado and a woman was arguing with me when I told her avocado is included in the sandwich and shouldn’t be extra charge. The Mexicali should have rotisserie chicken and instead I got beef. She also gave the wrong bread for the footlong. Not happy with their service at all!

I’ve been eating Subway since they’ve began never a problem until today for the first time I ordered thru Ubereat. The meat to bread and veggie ratio was very off. With each bite you could barely tell there’s was any meat.
