The communication between the associates on shift on Sunday 4/14/24 was awesome. I came in around 115pm and the 2 associates working the line were communicated on which orders they are working on and which are completed. Super awesome to see a shift working together so well!!

Beefy 5 layer is a pencil, what is this lol I don't think there was any "beef" in it, Ate half in one bite. Taco had almost no meat on it.

Made an online order at the restaurant in the parking lot and went through the drive thru to pick it up immediately after placing the order through the app and maybe waited 2 minutes in the drive thru and got my order. Everything was correct and the man in the drive thru was very polite and got my order to me immediately and was wonderful. Overall an awesome experience. Food was very good.
Overall the food portions were notably smaller than before. Also asked for Diablo sauce and no sauce was in my bag when I got home. They even had the Diablo sauce on the board to confirm my order.

Updating my review to a good review. Ive lived near this taco bell for 8 years and it has always been hot garbage service. Over the last year, the new employees have brought this place back to 10x what it used to be.

Have experienced friendly and welcoming service here, as well as good food. Current favorite is the $5 meal deal. A generous amount of food for the money. My orders have always been delivered hot and fresh. I find that I get the fastest service when I use the Kiosk. All employees that I've encountered are polite, helpful, and make me feel like they appreciate my patronage.Recommended.

I said no tomatoes and yet I take a bite and it has tomatoes to also add my food is cold as if they had it premade to just throw into a bag
I love this Taco Bell! The employees are always so nice and friendly, food is always great, and the drive thru line always goes by so quick! Give those employees a bonus!:)

Had a Mexican pizza from Taco Bell on Main St in Lebanon TN. It tasted like chemicals and I had to throw half of it out. Most likely from rancid oil. Now I'm sick and had to force myself to throw up to get the rotten food out of my stomach. First time I've had a problem here but will never eat here again. Beware!

Really wish our Taco Bell was better.. the dining room is often quite dirty and the food consistently takes a LONG time. Not sure I understand why when other stores are so fast.

They never give you the correct order they never give you sour cream on a Mexican pizza even when you ask for it I went in there for my sister so that they could have something to eat and the people were very rude and even when I brought the food back and told him we don't eat soft tacos when he crunchy ones the lady going to tell me I'm a liar and I didn't say that and then tell me to call corporate and I ask the number and she said we're independently on I asked for the number she said that's personal details I ask for a different number I said who do I talk to you and she said leave a review that's all you can do so save your money don't eat it honey don't waste your money at Taco Hell
