After traveling to multiple Waterburgers from Alabama to Tennessee, we realized not all Whataburgers are created equal. We were incredibly impressed with this location. Chris and his staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and very friendly. The cooks made an outstanding burger and the dining area was clean and spotless. Our food came out quickly and were the best burgers we have had throughout our trip. Hot food, clean atmosphere and nice employees. You will not regret stopping here for a delicious meal. Thank you for leaving us with a wonderful experience at Whataburger on Cumberland street in Tennessee.

So the building was great, has to be new.We waited 20 minutes for three burgers, one just being a plan hamburger!! It started with the counter staff was very slow with taking orders and then when asking about my order they vanished to the back for like what felt as an eternity, to return to "we'll check on it."The burger patties seemed to be way smaller than what we are a custom to for Whataburger and the fries were decent.Here's the kicker, we ordered an extra hamburger from the app (for my daughter who wanted something extra before her soccer game) and waited another 15 minutes.......it was a plan hamburger with ketchup and mayonnaise!!!So at the end of the day if you want to get something decently fast, you may want to continue somewhere else.Sorry Whataburger, but this place needs some help. I'll update next time I'm driving through and have extra time (hopefully not needed).

Pleased to report the Tennessee Whataburger experience was as standard and good as any in Texas. Food was great! Staff was friendly and helpful as ever.
Super clean and very easy to get in and out of. I found the men's restroom to be spotless on our vusit today. Four of us stopped in for lunch today and ask of our orders were right, hot and very tasty. I also ordered a vanilla malt and it was excellent. This was our first cost to a Whataburger burger store and we loved

Placed order in outside lane and the only one in that lane. The employee wanted me to merge into inside lane that was backed up with 8 cars. Really! You think they or someone was going to let me in. You got to be kidding me. Really was ridiculous and unbelievable. So I just canceled and left. Really sad!
