This is a fast, casual dining restaurant. I wouldn't call it authentic italian food, but if you understand that, you won't be disappointed. I had the Chicken Parmigian and it came with a side salad. The salad was fresh and the food was hot. The restaurant was clean and the service was good.

Great tasting food every time we eat there. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Our new “go-to” place. LOVE the BBQ chicken pizza. Very satisfying. Ummmmm……Edit: still love the BBQ chicken pizza but also order a house salad with Italian dressing. Very good tasting food. I could go on and on about the house salad with Italian dressing and with onions and Pepperoncini. The house breadsticks are very tasty also. Yummm…..Edit2: Tuna Melt! Small house salad with Italian dressing! Ummm……. Good tasting!

Great casual family dining.January 2024Not overly busy tonight but service was very slow and not quite as good as it has been in the past.Members of our party had more drink refills than they could drink while others at the table were never refilled. We all had different drinks so it wasn't like the drink refills that did arrive could have been passed around.As far as the food, everyone at the table enjoyed their food even though one was sent back as it was incorrectly prepared. In all fairness, accidents happen but having to ask multiple times for more bread sticks really didn't seem right.Not a perfect night but not one that prevents us from returning - but this location will not be our first choice. The location at Cedar Bluff & Middlebrook Pike in Knoxville would be our first choice.

This place has the worst seat booths with absolutely no support in them. So be prepared if you sit in one to have tremendous back pain for a few days .
