Why is there employee or former employee trying to carry on conversation across counter to crew working and ppl waiting on food?? Unprofessional no wonder it so slow for food and service.

Came to the drive thru to get back out quick no line at all no one inside at the counter 6 people I counted from the window paid for my order a famous bowl and was asked to pull around to wait on it that they were short handed and oh no chicken livers at this location.

This is by far the best KFC I have had in a long time. I wish our KFC in Chattanooga was this good. Super friendly employees, very clean dining room, restrooms clean. The food was perfect, prepared the way it should be.

I have been to several (about 30 different locations) KFC's in my life throughout the US and can confirm this is the best one.The place was insanely clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was cooked perfectly the chicken was not dried out and the crispness was perfect.I will be coming back to this location in the future.

Avoid this place. Ordered hot wings and nuggets. Wings were great nuggets were terrible. Old and dry. Called the manager and she thanked me for letting them know and told me that couldn't happen because they make them fresh and hung up. Nasty management nasty restaurant! Go to Walmart. They make better food and don't charge $20 for 8 old pieces of chicken.

We used to eat at this location nearly every Sunday! We have a KFC in the county where we live but it was horrible, so we drove over to Lenoir City because it was so much better. Then after Covid hit, they did away with the buffet, which was the best thing about this location! I guess can understand why they did that but ever since then, the quality of the food has deteriorated to something that isn't worth eating! We used to stop by every once in a while just to see if it had improved but after multiple disappointments, we just gave up on it! It's sad that all the decent places to eat are drying up and withering away!
