Yesterday l bought a 2 large pepperion pizza and the pizza was cold. The manager wasn't helpful. The sauce was to watery.l advise yall not to eat there. Plus the co worker was outside smoking and talking to his girlfriend. But told me not to say anything bout it.wat manager does that.plus didn't wash the hands.he straight towards the food and touching fresh dough.

I went to the drive through here after work. I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes after being asked to wait a minute. I pulled around to the window when no one ever took my order. There were no costumers inside, three to four employees standing around talking. They came to the window and asked if they could help me, I said you could take my order, I’ve been waiting for twenty minutes. The man at the window said well what do you want. At this point I was fed up and left. I don’t expect much when going to a pizza place like this but dang.

Waited at the drive thru window for five minutes without anyone coming to check and see what we wanted. I had already paid online so I wanted to get my food. After that I went around and walked inside. The guy working the counter came up and made it all good. Even gave us a nice promotional cup for waiting. Kept me updated on the food and apologized about ten times.

Takes forever once you are in the drive through. Usually gets my order wrong as
the lenoir city location never answers the phone anyway, i dont even bother trying anymore. between myself, my mother and my daughter we have called AT LEAST half a dozen times in the last 6 months and not once did anyone bother to answer. i refuse to do business with anyone who doesnt answer the darned phone. its really no skin off my back, there are plenty of pizza places nearby that will answer the phone, im just trying to save someone else the time and aggravation.

The food is good but it's very dependent on who cooks it tend to way over cook their pizzas or not enough ingredients but very dependent on the cook plus they do promotional stuff that requires a receipt but they never give you a receipt.
