Tonight, 10/15/2023 I ordered a pizza. I was told there were about 20 pizza in front of my order and it would take about 45mins. I said ok that's fine. I came back 43mins later and picked up my pizza. Oh Lord, I didn't expect what I got. The dough was just not cooked long enough. The bottom was light tan in small dots, and white in color around those dots. The slices were limp like an old man. I ate the cheese and the toppings. What a disappointment. I only assumed the pizza was rushed through the oven because of so many orders and just didn't get the proper cook time. It's a shame, because the manager on shift this night was a nice man and he prepared and cooked my pizza I assume.I love pizza hunt, never have I got a limp pizza slice undercooked anywhere ever at a pizza hunt. This was one pizza I regret buying. Never again at this location.

I ordered a medium pepperoni Pizza thin crust on line, and it was delivered too quickly by doordash meaning it was already made hours ago. The pizza was dried up so bad it was curling on the sides. It was like eating the Box. I called, spoke to the manager in Lenoir City who refused to make the order good because he couldn't find my phone number within the system. He couldn't look it up by my address very convenient for him. NEVER AGAIN

1st time, wings weren't cooked all the way through,2nd time pizza & bread sticks was burnt so bad my dog wouldn't even eat them.3rd time the pizza cheese wasn't melted and the crust was burnt.... 3 different times my family has tried pizza hut, with the 3rd time being our last

Actually 3 of the employees verified my order by checking the bag for the additional Alfredo Sauce, then I explained it was put in the pasta in pan, I had asked after ticket was printed so the request was conveyed verbally, however that stag being as efficient as they are, they each looked to see if the sauce was in bag. Great work crew! I say crew because together they work like a finely oiled machine -better than I have seen in this low staff, post Covid, fast food world. Be proud of this stores management team and staff they work hard together to make certain the customers received the correct order, cooks to perfection.Respectfully,Melissa B. McCoy

I was in the mood for a pizza and decided to try a different place than normal and go to Pizza Hut. I went in and there was 1 guy working the whole store, I waited mabe 3-4 mins before he said I will be with you. After that I kept waiting about another 3 mins and didn't see a menu to even look at while I was standing around. Never got to even put an order in, I just left and went to my regular Dominoes pizza they always are quick and friendly. I will not be going back to this Pizza Hut in Lenoir City.

Need friender people there working n not so rude the guy at the register was rude and the guy that was taking the pizza out of the oven was not very kind he was in a hurry

They use doordash as their delivery drivers. We ordered a pizza and was told it would be 45 mins. An hour later, we called to check on the pizza and was told it was already delivered. When we said we had not received the pizza, the staff said, "doordash person must have stole it, again." My point is that if you can't run your business delivering your own pies, get out of business. It's ridiculous to have doordash steal the customers' pizza and just laugh and say I guess they stole it. I do not order food from doordash. I know creeps that brag about eating the food, putting their balls in the food, or wiping boogers on the food. These people are not my friends, but I guess Pizza Hut has embraced this craptastic delivery service. I will not order from Pizza Hut again. You lost a lifetime customer because you take the easy way out.
Everyone has it's own pizza preference but Pizza Hut is for me.

Sometimes I order pizza from here, put in my 80's mix in my car, go home and watch Back to the Future with my wife, and pretend it's the good old days. Still just as delicious, plus the nostalgia is free.

Pizza hut just like the rest.My product had wrong ingredients. The pizza was either soggy or doughy.The red pasta was horrible.The breadsticks are good.

So I ordered ahead for a specific time to be delivered over 30 mins late. Will not order again. Called in and they said they had 3 other orders to deliver still waiting on my order this is ridiculous

Pizza Hut is a classic chain that has been around for ages. I can't say much about this particular location, except that it was pretty average. The pizza and wings were both fine, but nothing particularly noteworthy. I'd give it a 2.5 out of 5. There are definitely better options out there, but there are also worse ones. The staff at this Pizza Hut were friendly and efficient, and our delivery driver did a great job.I was asked to leave a review after filling out a survey, and when I tried to do so through the survey it said I wasn't logged in, even though my Google user icon and name were displayed. Strange, right? I ended up leaving the review in another tab with no issue.At the end of that review, I was also just told they were hiring. Not even a, "thanks, your feedback was important, here's a $1 off your next order" or anything like that, just "We're hiring!".
