I don't eat there myself. It's poison personally. Fake beef and pork being made in with eww. Also don't trust the lettuce or anything they'd be using in the food. I don't eat at any of these types of places.

The service through the drive-thru was terrible. I was the 8th car in line, and I set for 10 minutes before I ever moved up one spot. There were two employees sitting and standing outside in the front, not sure if they were on break or if they were changing shifts? Apparently inside the people were being waited on by the same person trying to wait on the drive-thru, and only one cook putting the orders together.

No menu on the wall so had to use kiosk and was told that’s what they’re pushing to get the orders and everyone I watched at lunch time was disappointed at this way of doing business. I will not go back.

Waited over 45 minutes in line. Asked for extra chicken, got barely any chicken, no cheese or sauce. Repeated the order twice. Also did not include silverware.

I got in the drive thru line at 10 pm. Right after I got in line another vehicle pulled up behind me so I was committed at this point. I spent 50 minutes with in line with only 5 vehicles in front of me. All the employees inside were laughing and joking with each other and it seemed as if there was no sense of urgency and they were just there for social hour. The person taking orders not once helped out in the kitchen. It's not like they were busy taking orders or getting drinks ready when the line wasn't moving. I saw 2 people back out of the line where online orders were placed. Wish I could have done the same.

I have been in line at Lenoir City Taco Bell for 52 minutes and haven’t even made it to the speaker to order. But the drive thru line is a chute so I’m trapped. It become a running joke in our family to track how long we are stuck here. I think we’re done after today though.

Please make sure y’all are checking the receipt when bagging orders. We were missing 5 items, finally after the 3rd time of having to tell them we were missing something else we just let it be and went without it. At least the window girl didn’t give us a hard time about it cause it was already taking so
When we arrived, we waited a long time for someone to come take our order, then finally was told to use the kiosk and order it ourselves! And there were several employees there. Enough that someone could have done their job and taken our order! Then took longer than it should for our food to be prepared. No ice in the machine in the dining room. Had to wait forever for them to pay attention to you to get you some ice in the back. Just a poor experience.
The employees here are late night heroes. This location is one of two late night options if you work late, and they are always fast, friendly, and accurate. They are similarly courteous during daylight hours, but they come in clutch at night when everything is closed and you want a hot meal. I haven’t once gotten an inaccurate order. Thanks, staff.Wheelchair accessibility: They literally have a massive ramp. Ramp.

Always slow no matter what time you go. Seems to only ever have 1 or 2 employees working at a time, so more upset with management than the actual workers, obviously they can’t control how many people are put on the schedule. Drive through line is always long and you can be sitting in it for 30-45 minutes before you get your food. A lot of times you’re sitting at the speaker waiting to even be acknowledged so you can order. Unfortunately it’s the only one in Lenoir city so I have to go here or I definitely wouldn’t.

They are often out of items without showing that during online or mobile ordering and they refuse to refund (apparently you have to contact the company for that) or even try and compensate you by letting you swap it for something else or offer you something free.
