Stop by here on Friday on our way out of town. We order a Baconator with extra pickles and son of a Baconator. They were hot. You could really taste the charbroil. Perfect condiments. Great amout of extra pickles. The service was fast. This is model that all should go by every time.

Just came from Wendy's in Lenoir city, Tn and I'm thoroughly disgusted with my meal. Order not right and drive thru was not busy. Couldn't get my Bourbon Bacon burger right, got something totally different. Had to wait in line too long to get this manure for a meal. Very unsatisfactory and for a newer business that changed buildings they still suck.

It wasn't a great experience.They basically made us wait a least 20 minutes, and no one else was there but us.They spent more time arguing than doing their job.

I got chicken nuggets with ranch. And chocolate frosty. It was quite tasty. The gentleman in drive thru is very pleasant and always checks my order to be correct. . I usually visit every week. Don't care for hamburgers much anymore but they used to be great..so I imagine they still are. And in winter I do like their chili.And I park and eat in lot next door that is always vacant.

Decent place to get your food fast. I like to get there deals online or I get the family pack of chicken nuggets. The only thing that I've had a problem with is sometimes the frys aren't fresh or the chicken taist like it's been cooked in 10 year old grease. But most of the time it's been really good.

Just a quick trip through the drive-thru tonight. We ordered a couple of Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers and french fries. We got our order fast and the girl in the drive-thru was very nice. It was after 9pm so we weren't even sure if Wendy's would be open. Everything tasted great and the service was good.

Only car in drive thru. Got order fast. Hopefully when u move to new location you will actually serve HOT food. My burger was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. And the fries were old and cold. Very disappointing.

Don’t bother going for breakfast because no one will take your order. Been there multiple times and some one is obviously there and had to go somewhere else. Just ridiculous

Waited for 30 minutes for my burger and they never made it. Every time I asked they just said “we’re making it” worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! Finally gave up and walked out!

I stopped by this Wendys to have lunch at about 10:45 a.m. because I wanted a frosty. I ordered a value meal. The burger came out so messy that I could barely hold onto it because none of the ingredients were on the bun. It was clear that this burger had been made the previous night and been used as a hackey sack before ending up in my bag. After I paid, they advised me that my frosty was vanilla because they were out of chocolate, and the fries--- they were warm-ish. As I realized all of this and because I didn't have time or patience to argue with Wendys, I stopped at Burger King down the road to grab another burger and drink, and was thankful to have hot, fresh food. I feel like some franchises are like playing the lottery.
Well it seems you need to find out the shut down time of Wendy's in Loudonbecause all their employees took break tonight at 8:20 until 8:30 and the 4 cars in the drive thru had to wait for them to finish. Might have worked out better for the customers if they went 1 at a time maybe? But times have changed .....but at.least they are opened unlike Niota Wendy's. ? good thing.I love my boyfriend or I wouldn't spend money here but he "needs" his chocolate frosty fix. ?

Went through the drive-through on 2/14/22 after setting at the drive up menu for what seamed like 5 mins and 2 other people driving off they finally took my order she repeated it back but could not hear anything she said. Took my card at window never gave me an amount or receipt. No thank you, no have a good day no nothing.... Indian lady working the window needs to work on her people skills. That being said food was correct and good. Thats the only reason for the 2 stars

I stopped and ordered two 4 pc chicken nugget kids meals and the chicken was so good and the fries were hot and fresh. The sweet tea was great & the cashier was nice!! It was an all around great trip like always. ,i love wendys!!!
