Tonight I went through the drive through which I hate doing but I was on my way to work. I got the classic " welcome to Wendy's, I'll be right with you." There’s nobody around as usual but you wait 5 mins or more. Then I order the $5 biggie bag. They are out of fries and won't substitute anything in its place , still charging the same. So I ordered the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, 4 PC nugget and med almost clear barely sweet tea. Tasted like water. That came to $8.05. The cashier could've have said Ma'am it would be cheaper to order the biggie bag but No she couldn't get over her spoiled, entitled teenage attitude. I went to Wendy's due to the McDonald's also having the worst customer service. When will Lewisburg stop letting teenagers run these establishments? I know that these kids need jobs but darn ...we are paying for their lazy , arrogant and most times incompetent ways.

Waited half an hour at the drive through. Didn't give us all the food, had to ask for the rest. Didn't get all of our drinks, didn't bother asking for those. Got home to eat and the food that seemed like it was under a heat lamp for an hour. All around unbelievable bad organization and work.

Drive-thru has a steady priority system, but walk-up traffic is trumped by door-dash and other mobile orders. I walked in for a frosty. One person was waiting for their order. Two others came in with mobile orders while I waited 12 minutes before they spoke to me. They don't need a dine-in counter, just another drive-thru for all mobile orders.
I recently tried Wendy's 4 for 4 meals, and I must say, it was a satisfying experience. The value for money is excellent, and the main items in the meal were delicious. The only downside was the fries, which didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, it is a great option for a quick and affordable meal. 4 stars!Parking: More than enough spots around the building.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere spells "family" fast food.

This Wendys location is a nightmare. It always takes a very long time in the drive through. Today there were 4 cars in front of us and it took almost 30 minutes to get to the window. It is not going to run smoothly without decent management and children running the place.
