Food was good. Service was adequate but, slow. The Restaurant needed more care. It's a new business, we were there during a slow time of day. Several tables were dirty and the restroom needed attention. Unfortunately, employees don't take pride in their jobs anymore. In addition the shake machine was not working.
Waited in line for 25 minutes for them to get the order wrong. The guy taking our order was rude. Was also charged extra because they were out of the regular sauce for a melt and offered a different sauce.
