I eat Ricks alot. They are great. The one time my drive thru order was wrong I called and they made it right with no hesitation. Great establishment. And they observe Sunday so their workers can be with their families or go to church.
Does not value hard working employees that were under a STATE OF EMERGENCY during the most recent winter weather! An employee was fired from his corporate position because he couldn’t make it into work because he lives in Alabama and the road he lives on is impassable. Corporate said they DID NOT care! This employee has worked for them for 3 years and has worked doubles more than 1 time a week and even worked while being very very sick before being diagnosed with UC. Even when he was in the hospital all he talked about was how he had to get back to work, and when he got out he was going back to work the next day( against the advice of his doctors). They really value nothing but the almighty dollar! BTW, he still tried to make it to work today after he demoted to an hourly employee because that’s the kind of hard working dedicated kid he is and he gives 100% at everything he does and ended up in the ditch on his impassable road along with 4 other vehicles and also the tow truck slide into one of the cars that they were trying to help get out of the ditch too!

They do not appreciate their employees. Carter was just fired because he was UNABLE to come to work due to the ice. UNABLE!!!! He has been with this company for years and promoted to the corporate office for years of consistent loyalty and now they do this!!! Ricks BBQ, you have lost my business.

I thought this was a full service restaurant but you order at the counter and they bring the food. Bathroom and restaurant was clean, and the drink station had a good variety. Fruit Tea is DELICIOUS! The food was cold, and taste bland. Chicken was tender but a little dry. Potato salad was ok, Mozzarella sticks and ice cream was good. Overall the quality was Not as good as I thought it would be. Bland!!

Rick's was recommended by a friend from Lawrenceburg as a must visit while camping at David Crockett State Park. For a Thursday night they were quite busy. I can see why it's a local favorite. The meats we ordered were great, smoked well and not over done. The sides were good / OK. The baked potato salad was tasty. The mustard slaw is different, kinda spicy, it would be great on a hot dog, it almost had a hint of sauerkraut.The portion size was commensurate with the price. The only knock I have is a personal preference; I love baked beans and just want some meat cooked in with them. They were tasty though but not a unique stand out item like the spicy slaw or loaded baked potatoes.Bottom line is if I lived in Lawrenceburg I would be a regular customer.

Wish they had servers. My 80+ year old aunt and uncle had a difficult standing in line to order.Ribs were the best ever, and the white and mild sauces very tasty.Cole slaw mayo and the baked potato salad with the fries also made everything you could want from BBQ place!Great job!
