I recieved Fast service, the food I ordered was hot & fresh. Tasted great and folded neatly in the wrapper and the drive thu window worker was friendly.. thanks Mc D'Souza! I stopped here for a bite on a cross country drive and OMFG, this place had the absolute BEST, Juiciest, thickest Double Quarter Pounder I’ve ever had in my entire McDonald’s-eating-life! I’m not joking. I’ve had McDonalds all over the world - Italy, Japan… And this backwater, gas station McDonalds bests them all. If you love McDonald’s, you could fly here from Australia and it would be worth it. Totally 100% serious.

I went through the drive through last night and I eat there when I'm in Loudon I ordered with my mobile app and I was so hungry and after I specifically ordered my food so I would get FRESH HOT FRIES AND MY BURGER FRESH AND I ALSO HAD REWARDS POINTS TO GET A MCFLURRY SO I ORDERED A OREO ONE AND OMITTED THE OREOS AND ADDED HOT FUDGE SO WOULDN'T YOU THINK I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM WITH HOT FUDGE ON IT IN A MCFLURRY CONTAINER!!!!! NO!!! I GOT A HOT FUDGE SUNDAE CONTAINER WHICH IS SMALLER THAN A MCFLURRY CONTAINER AND ALSO MY FRIES AND BURGER WERE I'VE TRIED ALL DAY TO GET MY CALL TO GO THROUGH SO I COULD DISCUSS THIS WITH THE MANAGER!!!!! ?? IT IS NOW AFTER 8PM AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE MANAGER I THINK THE PHONE HAS BEEN OFF THE HOOK AND THE ONE TIME IT DID RING I still didn't get talk to the manager it sounded like a fax machine on the other end. I hated to have to do this review but I feel like my whole order should be remade for fresh hot fries, a fresh quarter pounder with cheese, extra pickles and onions and soft serve ice cream and hot fudge on it in a MCFLURRY CONTAINER!!! Please have the manager for the Loudon location contact me since I CANNOT GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE THERE!!!!!
