Wont go back to wendys food is always luck warm never fresh.Loudon, lenoir city, sevierville,They do not care about the customers .Management when when you say something will cook you more but when they do they just throw the nuggets back in the fryer to warm them up.They never cook up a new order i have watched them do this many times.They say they are not allowed to cook up a new order.They lose money that way.Wont go back to wendys.

I would not recommend this restaurant. The service was friendly enough. However, they forgot the BBQ for the nuggets. Also, they VERY loosely wrapped the chicken wrap. After I picked it up I realized why. There was a large tear in the tortilla. As I ate, the tear just became larger which made it extremely difficult to eat. I had to place a napkin in the gapping hole in order to prevent the juices from running down my hand and elbows. Very difficult to eat on the road. They must have seen the huge hole in the tortilla but obviously did not care to correct the issue.

The manager Bobby works very hard to make sure that you have it the way you'd like when requested fresh even though you may have to wait a moment it comes out just the way you asked for it nice and hot and fresh and most of the people there are kind it's not an easy job but he does it well!
