The best lunch we've had since being in the US from Australia. Grilled cheese sandwich was awesome and so was my Sub. Thank you ladies ?

Menu says $2.29 sausage biscuit. Ordered two and total was $7.64. Makes me sad when people don’t do right

Breakfast was outstanding, obviously homemade and great ingredients. Coffee and latte really good. Great, clean dining area with real atmosphere. If we lived nearby, we'd be here way too often.

First time to Lynchburg. Went to grab breakfast and missed the cutoff so got a sandwich instead. Ended up ordering the French dip and it was so good! The cookies that came with the lunch were so damn delicious too!

We wanted a place near the Jack Daniel's Distillery and came across this place. The waitress was the sweetest with a good sense of humor. I ordered the Buddy's Special and it was delicious! The bread was my favorite part. I ordered the box combo and it comes with the sandwich, drink, chips and a cookie. That cookie was amazing! Not only is the location convenient but the food quality is great.

Had amazing breakfast, burritos and cinnamon buns with coffee. Came back later after lunch, didn't know they were closing but they made us coffee and it was great. Food, coffee are amazing and the service is even better. Thank

Great place for lunch...and only place open before noon on Sunday in the main square of Lynchburg. Wife had southwest chicken salad. I had the Tennessean sandwich. Both were great. I was surprised actually. Great ice tea too.

My wife and I did a late Valentine’s Day trip to Lynchburg, TN, over the President’s Day weekend (2024), and on the morning of our departure, we stopped in at the Southern Perks Coffee Shop. What a cute little place. I ordered Cappuccino and my wife the Mocha coffee, as well as a cinnamon roll and a blueberry muffin. The coffee was excellent—much better than Starbucks—and the pastries were very good. If I had been hungrier, I would have tried the breakfast burrito because it got rave reviews. I saw one served to another patron, and it looked really good. An excellent mom-and-pop establishment with a charming atmosphere. Recommend!

Cute coffee shop, small menu for breakfast. I had the breakfast croissant and my husband had the breakfast burrito.
